DEM are reacting to what happened in MA (Brown's win). In two ways. One group says it is jobs, jobs, and more jobs. Another group is try to scale back health care. In fact, a new bill has already hit the floor.
One REP Representative said he thinks that there are less than 100 votes for the original health bill that the Senate passed in the house. With 218 needed to pass. DEMs are more optimistic.
But we could be headed back to square one on health care.
With a new scaled back bill hitting the floors, they will have to look at it.....meaning time.....which will give Brown time to be sworn in and sat. So? Now the REP Senate number is 41. Enough for a filibuster.
Maybe in Brown, MA sent Mr. Smith to Washington. In a strange kind of way. But refreshing to see it happen, if so.
On the jobs scene, a group of DEM went to President Obama saying that he needs to focus on job creation. That the Brown win reflects MA unemployment. MA unemployment is 8.8% compared to the countries 10.0%.
8.8% is not a figure to boost about, so the vote on Tues could reflect that. But I think that this was more a vote on dissatisfaction....with unemployment being part of it.....the polling showed a real dislike for the direction that the country was headed in MA prior to the vote.
These are strange political times we live in. The mood of the country swings quickly. Sometime on rumor, sometime on fact and sometime on events. I think that events in Haiti have caused some real deep concerns here. Certainly most all have to be considered negative for 200,000 people to die in such a manner. The fragility of life, can cause such vast swing in mood.....even hundreds of miles away.
Lastly, I think that Coakley was just a bad canidate to run. Some of things she said and how she reacted when a FOX reporter was knocked to the ground by a staff. Just showed a lack of political savvy. She did not campaign after gaining the DEM nomination for a time. Rather she let Brown slip up in the polls on her and he cut away her double digit lead the last two weeks of the campaign.

Some more bad Global warming science has come into the news. This time on science on the Himalayan glaciers. In one paragraph of the report alone, 5 errors were found. This is a UN report, so not a High School science report were typos and bad logic can be overlooked.
The report is a 2007 report that says that the Glacier of Himalayan were receeding. That by 2035, a pretty good chance that they would be gone. Only they transposed the year numbers, it should be 2350. It was written by a panel of Noble prize winning scienctist. They have since offered a apology and promised to be more careful in the future.
That is all fine and good. Opps we did it, we apologize. We will not do it in the future. But our position on Global warming has not changed.

And what there hiding from the public is. If you do not have health care through your employer. You will have to maintain it(It becomes mandatory) under there bill...The problem with that is most people cannot afford it...On average for a single person health insurance can cost as little as $1600 a month to the most of $2500 a month. What the government is trying to do is mandate it. You know the military law if you refuse to serve your country you have to serve 5 years in a military prison...This is what there doing again. If you don't maintain health insurance they will force you to maintain it,if you still refuse they will even put you in jail...And this i found out from an inside politician...It's the governments way of making more money for themselves...It would bring them in nearly ($10 billion dollars a year) in revenue.....Also as well, it would bring the pharmaceutical company's in nearly ($20-$30 billion) a year too... If this bill passes.... And it's a FACT!!!.....

Italy101: Universal Health Care is and always will be a great thing....But what most people aren't seeing, is the fact that where paying for it, when like most country's it should be free!....The government wants everyone to have it. And what there hiding from the public is. If you do not have health care through your employer. You will have to maintain it(It becomes mandatory) under there bill...The problem with that is most people cannot afford it...On average for a single person health insurance can cost as little as $1600 a month to the most of $2500 a month. What the government is trying to do is mandate it. You know the military law if you refuse to serve your country you have to serve 5 years in a military prison...This is what there doing again. If you don't maintain health insurance they will force you to maintain it,if you still refuse they will even put you in jail...And this i found out from an inside politician...It's the governments way of making more money for themselves...It would bring them in nearly ($10 billion dollars a year) in revenue.....Also as well, it would bring the pharmaceutical company's in nearly ($20-$30 billion) a year too... If this bill passes.... And it's a FACT!!!.....
And where is this part a bout going to jail if no health care coverege Italy?
Of course if employers out there are not providing heatlh care plans for their employees then it is a gainst the law as it have been most of times in US and Obama administration will just make this more effective so employers respecting the law and acting properly or Else and thats fine for America and fine for americans of course! If the government not making sure the law is respected then who should do that? Employers them selves? You really think for example, a Joe the plumber...NOT! type, will give his employers a great health care plan when his own small company is based on fraud doing plumer jobs with out having a permit any way... unless the government keeps an open eye on him and others so they dont cheat their workers?
The questions and the fear have been the same any where before elected politicians were allowed to get the plans becoming reality regarding a more fair and more universal health care coverege for all and right winged have been failing any where regarding the BS they spreaded! Oh yeah... leaving my house frequently and have travelled almost any where you can imagine and US is my favorite place to spend vacations and when ever I need quality time with my family members and loved ones and friends and if I have time of course... Why do you think I care a bout America then and wishing peace and stability and more laughter and better times and universal health care plan and recovering of the economy and strength and victory against terrorism and other positive for the United states and have used so much of my precious time writing in here for mounths? What do think happens when the US withdraws from Afghanistan and stops funding Pakistan's counter terrorism operations? Can anyones say....Iran becomes the regional power broker....and these two terrorist laden countries become the surrogates of Iran?

Evrything has been more expensive since that change.... much less health care - Our Hospitals has to fire the employed... Wich means .. the ones working there must run faster ... do more hours ... because the government here must find a way to pay the bill.. For the costs...
