What do you do when a BAD DAY just seems to get worse and worse? (84)
The great thing about rotten days is that they end and a new day starts 
I sneak off to the beach with my ipod and my dog.

If I start the day in a bad mood at work...I tell my co-workers "I'm in a rotten mood, so stay away". And then just let the normal banter of everyone talking let me calm down to the point that I feel better. We are a tight group at work.

Today was a good day.... worked a little, took a nice walk, did some writing, posted some more poetry, took a hot bubble bath. Didn't have any chocolate...lol... have to consider that, I suppose!

When I am having a bad day I go onto a dating site that I joined in the hope of perhaps meeting someone to have a little fun with that may transpire into something more or not. Well now I know where I go wrong. I think I have been here to the point now I am getting comfortable here and alot do not seem like strangers. And some don't seem complete Well if they want me at my worse I will have it made

the best thing to do is leave whatever your doing, if you can do that, and come back to it later when you have a clear head. sometimes you just need to step back and take a break from things, i know it works for me...if i was stressed out id go to the gym and do a good session works everytime...
I woke at 4:30, wide awake. As light began to appear, I looked out into this magical scene... anything could be out there beyond the opacity of a fogged in morning. The land and the trees could stretch on forever to the horizon without so much as a hill or a building or a person standing in obstruction... I can see the Pacific, as it lies in waiting beneath the skyline. So familiar. Birds begin chirping to each other, and I wonder if they see it too. It's Sunday... I don't have to be anywhere.
