Jihadmeathello: Right on!
I went out last night, had a decent meal and some drinks and my friends failed to get me liquored up enough to do karaoke, but god bless them for trying
Oy! What're you still doing up? Isn't it the wee hours there? It is almost 12:00 here! I luuuuuuuuuurve karaoke... but agree that some people should stick to singing in the shower!

I am one of those people, I play guitar for a reason
And yeah, I am waiting for a movie to finish down loading and going to bed. The problem with staying up late one night is it messes up your sleeping schedule
I've got a fair few, so obviously, it would be hypocritical of me to dislike a woman with a lot of tatts. Although, I don't like tatts on the face or neck, but that just my opinion!

JimNastics: Certainly, what's on the inside is more important. However, I see them as ugly skin stains. "A lot" of them would be a turnoff. A woman's skin without tattoos is much more lovely.
I have to agree with that statement. I don't mind one or two tastefully done small tattoos but if they are large and cover quite a bit of skin like an entire arm, I'm not interested
JimNastics: Well, you asked what we "really think".
Yes, I prefer the "type" of wonam that is a natural beauty, over those that are so desperate for attention that they cut themselves, pierce their face, stain their skin, and/or dye their hair with bright colors. From experience that "type" of woman has very low self esteem and/or intelligence. However, certainly there will be variation within the population with regard to the latter.
A tattoo or piercing is a personal choice and has little to do with low self-esteem or intelligence.
WOW, talk about pigeonholing someone??? Judgment calls and assumptions aside, just because you may have happened to meet a "woman" with some tattoo's or piercings and maybe had a bad experience doesn't mean you should necessarily "label" all bad.
I know you said there was variation with the "intelligence" levels of someone with a tattoo, but really, it is all a matter of personal choice and if you don't want a lady that has a tattoo or piercings, then that's your choice, nothing more and nothing less.
Cutting is a form of self-mutilation that is often a cry for help from someone that is so psychologically disturbed that hurting themselves is the only way to feel anything. I researched the topic and suggest you educate yourself in order to realize it is entirely different than tattoos, piercings and dying one's hair.
Maybe try keeping an open mind and avoiding women you know to be bad for you, if the tattoos and piercings, hair dying, etc. have all left you w/ a bad taste in your mouth, perhaps it's called an "emerging trend," do the math and see what the common denominator is in this scenario.

"perhaps it's called an "emerging trend," do the math and see what the common denominator is in this scenario"..........Ahhhhhhhhhhh.........the common denominator is a whole bunch of people desperately grasping for some identity and attention ?

That may be true if nobody had free will...and weren't able to think for themselves. JMHO
Well as a girl with serveral tattoos herself I have to say that there is nothing wrong with it. You get the people who cringe when they see you, or people who walk up to you and start discussing theirs.
Personally I love tattoos no better way to express yourself then with ink.
