Maybe we should stick to the topic at hand for a moment: "Has anyone seen Tucker Carlson’s recent interview with President Vladimir Putin?" Well did you? Do you understand Putin a bit more now maybe, and is ready to go shake his hand and make a friend out of a foe maybe... or ...ehm .. is it all guns blazing with you leading us into ww3 and all that? You don't like Putin? He seems pretty good to me.
In the mean time let me give out a little quiz that I just recieved from Moscow on telefax.
Disinformation or real information:
1) Putin is greedy for more land cos he is now getting to that age where being a Tzar is all he can hope for as all else is done and way too boring. True or false.
2) Trump is so war hungry that if you give him the keys to the nuclear warheads we're pretty sqrewd all of us. True or less so.
3) Biden care about the ordinary man on the street. True or false
4) There is no lobby in D.C. And if it is, they are there to give friendly suggestions in the mildest most respectful way possible, or else they risk being kicked out of the congress building all together. Pretty true ha'
5) There is little doubt Zelensky will soon kick the Russian bear way back to where he came from. I mean if not there is no justice in this world! True or rather a false claim.
Have a good one. This was all off top of my head, as Riz say- let's hope I can do better...:) True or false (it really did come from Moscow!;)
Whatt, do you mean mee... Yea. ok I'll admit the trutt- i get payd 50 cent for per misspelloe but I'm gonna qsk for a ræise soon. I told them if not I'll turn a Biden supporter over night
Here is the problem with firarms in America. Now that it's free float it makes sense for the law abiding ones (Like kyle rittenhouse) to be able to have them as well. Best would be no sides had them, true, but it's too late for that. For the record, I hate them even if I was second best on my platoon at range shooting with AG3. So those suicides we'll just have to live with I'm afraid.
We speak a bit past each other here Jac. I don't mean it that literally "we only have Tucker", nono I knwo many others has interviewd Putin. Actualy I'm probably at the wrong blog cos I'm speaking more in general here. I mean there is only one Putin, and he is all we've got (to deal with) this time. Like it or not. Our (norwegian) prime minster said Tucker ws like a mic stand... lol, but I don't mind.
Nothing illuminating, agree. But let me ask one more time (before we leave it, cos who really cares anyway) do you think I'm right in my assessment that a large group got to watch Putin present his side of the story that otherwise would not have. In that sence Tucker had a function, whether one dislike him or not. Anyways hope you'r doing fine there Lou. Wish you only the best.
On the first part, do you not agree that Putin would never had dared to do this had he not had a nuclear arsenal? So it was all along a qustion of how far Nato could go in their support. Do you have to be a guy to understand this?
There was two reasons for this conflict: 1) the roughness of Kiev towards the Donbass region, where Putin was swinging in and out with limited military support to the socalled Rebels. And the Nazi Azov batallion was part of that. Usa had no porblem with this Azov by the way. Then came Nato/Usa interests in the area. So yes both.
I hear you are tired of the whole thing. I don't blame you.

Now the way it stands, Putins Russia has already won this war. The question now is what will happen now- will Nato go in themselves to reverse that outcome (unlikely) or will the two parts, with Amaricas blessing (order to Kiev) head for the negotiation table. Likely.
3:18 min Prof John Mearsheimer: Reaction to Tucker Carlson's Putin Interview
Okay. My intention is not to make you love Putin. But to make you understand he may be a bit less vile than presented. Why is that important? Cos I want us to be sober when the day comes... when we have to decide if we wanna send own troops, own jet fighters, own laser guided 'mother of all bombs' etc, that evetually could lead to a nuclear wipe out. I want it to be clear to all westerners that Putin is again and again showing that he has that one guarantee for peace- those large rockets.
I would say that if this is not worse than we can entirely focus on TC's character- then we are far enough from a ww3 to be very worried. Maybe people realise deep down there is no chance in hell Putin can or even want to broaden the conflict.
The American model sucks. Gives too little care for the money but plenty extra in the health facilities owners pockets. The scandinavian model is good.
I know, that is the tragedy. The circle surrounding that man, top gang of Kiev, are the ones who is selling bits and pieces (and rights) of their land to western interest, for... let's just say dollars. The people suffer as there is nothing in it for them. Nada. No growth or democratization or nothing. Only war and death. No wonder they are fleeing!
Maybe the deep state learned a bit from all this. You can't fouck the whole globe at once unnoticed just for your top 1% greedy ones in your innermost circle.
Thanks a BUNCH Ten! I get it, nothing to jump up and down about. Putin telling history as he sees it and not very twisted in my view. Perhaps presented slight beneficially to Russia, sure. But no biggie, as expected.
Thanks Ten. I know Putin pretty well by now so I don't have to watch 2 hours here, but where did he say "Poland started ww2" Point me to the time on the video please.
The interview starts at 3.40 and ends at 2.25.54 (2hours, 22min and 14 seconds) Where can I scroll to to see the "Poland started ww2" comment from Putin. I naturally think such a claim would be not only crazy but rude if he really meant to imply Poland was hostile to Germany hence Hitler had to react. So I'd like to see how he said it.
I wanna see the clip (and judge for myself) besides that newsweek article (that could perhaps have a link to that moment in the Putin interview) is not opening unless I allow their cookies, don't want that.
Can somebody show me what (where) Putin said Poland started ww2? I have not watched the whole interview and will not nwother as I know what Putin stand for already. But I'd like to take a look at what he said word by word and how he said it. About 'Poland starting ww2'. So if anybody can pointbto that patrt of the interview I'd appreciate it.
