No I'm only worried about Russians in Ukraine, if Putin pulls out that is. So I see no way he can actually do that any longer.

Here is what is inclear to me, yes I still have things to learn to get a deeper understanding of the background here. Being you have more insight to the situation I wonder of you can tell me in simple terms, how did the unrest start in Donbass in 2014. One side say the russia backed seperatists wanted to go out of Ukraine and start a state of their own of no perticulart reason and that Russia was pushing on that for own reasons: to get hold of rich mines and factories in Donbass. The other version is that Kiev was going too fast westwards and Donbass people felt threthened and with support from Moscow they started a self defence uprising towards Azov bulles sent from Kiev. Was Kiev afraid to lose taxes and income from Donbass? This stuff is unclear to me but I know the Americans was already being hangarounds and usually that can make for a regime change that not always is to the bast of a land. Often then corrupt leaders tend to sell out a lot of rights to multinational mega concerns in return of personal wealth.
So that story is not very well understood by me. What I can understand is that Putin felt threatened by Nato and always felt disrespected by the neverending eastern expansion and draw the line here. That reason I get. But the Donbass stuff going on since 2014 with many civilian deaths, I could learn more about.
I like Sarah and I agree on Iran. But I don't like the enemy rethoric towards Russia and China, so have to partially disagree there. With that said, the economical competition a la Trumps towards China will continue, so I'm in favor of Trumps respectful but competitive line. Meaning also making more jobs at home. Support that. But no wars please. Not over Taiwan, not over Ukraine not over nothing. No wars.
My footprint is relatively small this year. No gifts, no tree, no this and no that. But when it's again on offer next time I will say yes.
