Good blog. My2c's: Putin land is not a democracy and needs to become one before we apply the same expectations there. So be disappointed about Navalny all you guys want but me I would try a slower more cooperative approach to Putin if he was my rival, cos that stuff over in thet corner of the world needs a joint effort, slow and respectful, not anti war flag waving on a hilltop.
