As for the gangs in Bournemouth, no, we can't take back those , they are not Bulgarian but Albanian.
We do have problems with foreigners here too. Drugs and prostitution is well organised in places where they own hotels like Sunny beach for example. The Brits included on a big scale.

I'm all for this ongoing war to be resolved not prolonged.No winners or losers just death and destruction.
Sometimes the west is reluctant to send aid when they know much of it will end

As to corruption, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine hover side by side in the bottom quarter of the Corruptions Perception Index at around #140, Ukraine is certainly no stranger to corruption, and conflict is a breeding ground for corrupt opportunities. Perhaps we'll see them 'rising to the bottom' since the data is only up to 2022
