KN, I just returned from the office and It is actually very cloudy and overcast now. I am going to paint my nails and try a new nail polish. I will hit the beach on the weekend.

Hi Cat, Yes back to the grindstone and all the emails and telephone calls etc etc etc. I have to stop in the office today also for about an hour. Then if weather permit (quick peek outside -it looks rainy so no beach today). Hope you have a great day!
Hi KN, I think everyone is beautiful especially women. Society has set their own standard of beauty but I have my own for both men and women. I know when I was younger for sure I was influenced by societal standards but now only influenced by my own. I was talking to someone last week and commented how lovely they looked and they were stunned that I noticed and commented. I think women especially should not be envious of each other but should always build up and support each other and that has been my goal.
