Minnesota had an exceptional rainfall this season and it is so green and so beautifu. I went back home to California last week and it is so brown but of course it has been brown even in February as we didn't have rain at all, up in the North bay Cheavy. How was the Sacramento Chico area?
I was gone for a while Cheavy just getting used to my new pad and environment and loving it. Minnesota is so rich with trees and lakes..13,000 lakes and they are not just lakes..Big ones and beautiful. I am away from the ocean now but I will go to California at least every eight weeks, according to my children...
Very nice Cheavy. I used to be a certified organic member when I had two acres and sold it to the farmer's market and in three hours all my vegetables are gone, and people even lined up to buy the freshly harvested vegetables and my children we so happy to come and help.
I have this bitter melon ones and some asked how it is prepared and they just show in the computer how to get to the various ways of cooking it.
I know how good your weather is there for vegies, near sacto.
Plus of course with your almond orchard, it is so easy for you Cheavy.

So Luke try also going to the spa and sauna...that will ease up your bone aches...
May I recommend a good Chai Tea? Or ginseng? You better believe it, it works and then wrap yourself with a good warm body and voila all the aches will disappear..
There is a good start Val. Let's lite up a simple prayer with that, you never know, if not I'm sure anyone who hasn't can work it out later, what do you think?
