They didn't live with them but they kept in touch with them so when they didn't hear anything from them as usual the families reported them missing.....

He's a pathological blurter......then his team has to come behind him to try to smooth the waters by saying that's what he said but its not what he meant.....or they refer you to alternative facts.....
his second coming has been predicted since the year 500 and it still exists today....now people will say "nobody knows the day or the hour" yet some people have no problem spreading this bs year after year....ummmmmm kinda like they do know.....
No they don't survive being looked at....it wont stop them from coming up but it will stop them in their tracks when you look and refuse to get hooked on them...soon they will come less often and as many times as it takes remind yourself they aren't real....
I get those too....its like playing the what if game with yourself....I just remind myself that they aren't real and let them go......if its not happening in the now its not real....staying or trying to stay present and grounded helps......
I think im gonna start a dating site for apparitions....at least the blank pics will fit in nicely and nobody will ever question why someone has no pic up......
That's entirely true.......my mind can come up with its own share of gibberish when it wants.....its kinda like sitting down and deciphering what word goes with what sentence and it what order....not to mention what decade is it from......
