As soon as the Russians are gone, Ukraine will be free of Nazis.
Let us never forget that before Barbarossa, Hitler and Stalin were best buddies and agreed about everything. Putin's apple did not roll far from Stalin's tree.

RE: More men than women...

I own several websites. You van create a new website and register a new domain name (if you can find a not used one) for about $50. Then you have to keep it going and build usage and value. Some choose to skip the hassle of building a user base and becoming well known to SEOs by simply buying an already existing one. When you go to buy a used website one of the ways the world sets value on a domain is how many visitors per month are there? How many page views? Also how long has it been up. What is the reputation (safety) of the domain name? There are other variables of course, but generally when looking buy an already in use domain those are the things you want to look at. The market doesn't have a way of telling how many users are scam accounts. There is no immediate financial advantage in trying to boot or block scammers as every time they connect your page view and visitor counts jump up.

Here is an example of a market value indicator for a website you might use for research if you were trying to buy an already existing domain..

Scroll down to daily visitors. That includes every time a scammer visits. Daily visitors give you an indicator as to how many times an ad displayed on that sight might be seen. That helps set the price those writing the ads will pay you to show it on your website. Countries with large populations are a good place to promote your website. Some countries restrict what kind of websites their people can view, so you want to pick carefully. Some ads are a waste of time to show in some countries where the populace has no chance of buying the product. The Ad boys have their own analytics system and they will look at where the IP addresses of your site's visitors are located. It is called Traffic Analysis. similarweb.com/website/connectingsingles.com/#geography shows us 23% here last month were from Sweden while 12% were from the US and another 12% from Israel. That tells the buyer an ad in Hebrew would be just as effective as one in English. Wait, 18.9% were in the UK and 6% were in Australia. Maybe English ads would be best. This site got 665,000 visits in June, but pof.com had 18.2 Million. Ouch.
One should also look at dating site software for share. Almost all of the software for dating sites comes with pre-bundled in bogus accounts with photos of beautiful people and fake profiles. The more expensive software packages have Active X routines that let a bogus not existing user respond to an email from a new mark who logs on and thinks the boy or girl is real. Some have 4 or 5 possible responses they send back. This sets a hook in the mark and they often pay for more membership so they can keep writing the imaginary date. After 4 or 5 emails they will stop responding to that user of course, but the other fake accounts will. Some of the software packages come with as many as 5,000 totally bogus account profiles. One package even advertises the 3rd time the new user writes the fake account the fake account will send back a lewd photo and claim they really like them and might want to meet them. Of course in email 5 the account goes dead to that user. The software packages allow users to pay with most major credit cards or PayPal to keep the accounts going.
Tinder, Twitch and Instagram are more conducive these days to really fast hook ups without strings and most young folk know that. Commercial dating site software is more targeted to the past 36 crowd endlessly looking for a youngster.who would be interested in dating a fossil. If you find one and she/he is real, please consider their motives and possible mental state. Things have to be really bad where they are to consider moving to hook up with an old geezer. Unless they smell easy money. LoL

RE: One Belt and Road Initiative growing stronger

"That would put total Ukrainian losses, which observers like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. estimated at 350,000 before the start of the much-vaunted “Spring Offensive,” at over 400,000."

rolling on the floor laughing So you are saying the fighting has ended because 120% of all the soldiers Ukraine had are already dead?

Actually Ukraine acknowledged last week that since Feb. 2022 Ukraine has lost about 84,000 soldiers. Current counnts put Russian casualties at over a quarter million Russians lost.

The number of Ukraine fighter jets Russia claims to have downed is also silly as according the Russian MoD numbers something like 600% of Ukraine's air force has already been shot down.

Yes India buys 74% of the Ural oil. China buys another 12% (but that number has been dropping as China is getting some better deals from the Mid East).

RE: Rudy aka what's a lawyer to do...

Gulianni just got sued by his own lawyers who are seeking over a million dollars.

RE: Dash Cam...

They can of course bite the owner in the rear end if they are at fault in an accident. In America police can detain a vehicle if it is involved in an accident and they see a dash cam in it while they seek a search warrant for the images. There already exist cases where the dash cam showed the owner of the vehicle with the camera to be at fault. Additionally, all Cell phones sold in the US record location all the time, even when the GOS feature is turned off. This enables determining vehicle speed if the car itself does not have a GPS installed. Many new cars do.

That said for the majority of users dash cams have been of great benefit. As stated they provide a record of accidents, They alsso record trips, and occasionally planes crashing on the highway, strange lights in the sky and other entertaining things the owner can put on YouTube. Normally a dash cam won't also record audio but that can be arranged. One should check their local laws however before recording other people speaking without their knowledge or consent. Especially if they don't know a microphone in the car is picking up every word said near the car.

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

True that. Listening to Russia Today on TV 1 and similar shows, nothing but statements that could have been written by Goebbels himself. Heck the #2 Wagner guy even posted a photo of him with a swastika on his chest and SS lightning bolts tattooed on his neck. Yet somehow Russian media doesn't talk about that.

Amused at how, now that Prigozhin is dead, some Russian media hosts are trying to convince the Russian people that Wagner never existed and was an invention of the West. Apparently they believe the Russians all forgot how Putin himself both praised the Wagner group and also admitted funding it for years.

I am also bemused to learn that within days of Prigozhin's death the crosses on the graves of Wagner fighters in their 4 main cemeteries were removed, as were the monument to Wagner stones, then all of those Wagner cemeteries were steam rolled and covered with thick asphalt to make them usable as parking lots.Doesn't matter,, people remember and the locations of Wagner graves are known.

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

But it was independent or not on paper, controlled then by leaders selected by the Kremlin (noting this sort of evil is why in 2013 and 2014 the push to cut ties with Russia resulted) in the time frame of the organ harvesting. An uprising by the people followed, a free election and that sort of evil ground to a halt.

Noting also the many stories and Telegram videos while the fight for Mariupol was underway in 2022 of Russia bringing portable crematoriums not just for usage on executed civilians of Mariupol, but even on their own soldiers so that the dead Russian soldier could just be described as 'missing' to the relatives back home and no death benefit paid.

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

Now there is a fantasy. LoL the US is so (not) worried about the Russian response to the attack in Sevestapol that last night according to several news sources US Secretary of State Blinken told Ukraine that when the TACOMS (a long range HIMARS missile variant) is sent to Ukraine, the choice of where to use it will be entirely up to Ukraine. This includes using it on targets deep inside Russia if so desired. Other signs of US worry about what Russia thinks are recent US discussions with NATO officials about removing existing restraints on where prior weapons gifts to Ukraine can be used.
President Zelinsky will be in the US this week and I have no doubt some new good news for Ukraine will result. Slave Ukraine.

A troubling and long day

Hope the cat is okay.

RE: Moonquakes...

Actually several countries have both orbited the moon and even landed probes there. China recently had one land on the dark side, then fly back up to the mother ship and return to Earth solely under AI control.

<China is less worried about potential downside of AI than the West is, and is therefore further along in their AI stuff than the US is.>

Also any probe orbiting the moon can take a temperature reading using IR. Russia's recently crashe d probe was their first attempt at anything Lunar in 27 years. Several other projects were cannibalized to make that failed attempt. Putin had large hopes of a succesful lunar probe landing, but someone did something wrong and the orbit chosen was a very unsable one as it did not crash anywhere near the intended landing site. Only a few days later India landed a probe near the intended landing place of the Russian probe and is conducting a mission od it's own.

The confirmation of both substantially more Helium3 than is found on Earth and the confirmation of large amounts of water ice existing on the moon pretty much guarantee there will be way more lunar exploration, and some mining colonies and refineries too. The crashed Russian probe was supposed to allegedly explore the feasibility of using AI bots to construct temporary housing for future Cosmonaut moon workers uaing raw materials (water, silica, etc. found on the moon to make a form of concrete. Previous experiments have determined concrete will cure in such conditions.

Continued Part II ;

Leaving her there a moment I went back to my house, re-secured the gun, made sure the pets had food and water, and locked the house. Then for the first time drove her car as she moaned in the front seat at every bump. .

It is 18 miles to the Emergency Room of the hospital. We made good time. She was quickly admitted and X-rayed. The X Rays confirmed that both the ulna and the radius bones of her right forearm were broken. Also, although she had not initially noticed it her lowest right rib was cracked. Some additional resetting of her arm was needed. We notified her employer she would probably not be returning to work for awhile. The manager wasn't happy of course, but what can anyone do when an employee gives you such news from the ER, but say okay?

{One of the nurses was kind of giving me the fish eye. I knew why. This was my third visit to that ER in a month and a half with a different woman each time. LoL. I would. be giving me the fish eye too. I seem to somehow collect injured sparrows.}

At her request, and her mother's urging I was given an address and sent with her car to pick up her mother at that woman's home in Steven's City. My tenant also gave me her ATM card and the PIN so I could put some gas in the almost empty gas tank of her car. Both tasks were accomplished. It was my 1st meeting of her mom. By the time we returned to the hospital my tenant had been given some Fentanyl to cut her pain and her arm had been set and braced, but not cast. There was some numbness in her fingers and nerve damage with surgery needed was possible at a later date. An appointment with an Ortho specialist was made for next week, and some prescriptions were issued (Oxycodone in (pitiful) 5mg pill form (1 or 2 every 8 hours as needed) and also some Narcan sprau in case of overdose. She was hten discharged.

We drove to Walmart and I picked up her prescriptions for her. Then I was instructed to drive to a (different) 711 and get her mom a carton of cigarettes and also some Fireballs (a spicy alcoholic beverage) and a case of beer. Then, finally back to my place.

A decision was made that rather than stay in her trailer alone she would live with her mom for a few weeks till she regained use of her arm. She anticipates being able to quickly qualify for medical unemployment compensation and food stamps. The trailer parking rent is paid for September and part of October. Since the electirc consumption of an empty RV would be almost nil, and given my knowledge of the circumstances, I agreed to temporarily accept a reduced rent for the first 2 weeks of October.

Her mmom and her, after gathering a few needed things then departed in her car to her mom's house. I looked at my phone. The time was now 1830 Hr. The whole day had been lost. Sigh.

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

We can imagine how boringly peaceful the world would be if Putin had not decided to invade Ukraine. The 2 geo-thermal power plants they had built as power sources could have provided a new paradigm to eliminate hydrocarbon supplies as a source of pollution. The potential loss of oil income that would have cost Russia no doubt explains why those sites were bombed into rubble with the developers killed early on in the 2022 invasion. Ukraine's small army and lack of aggressive intent to invade anyone was a threat to no one. The new intended infrastructure reforms would have (and still will once Russia is thrown out of Ukraine) would transform the country into an economic powerhouse and a center of commerce By now it would have been in the European Union and a valued trading partner to all. Alas, greed backed up by piss-poor intelligence led to a really bad for Russia decision on Putin's part.

My personal opinion is Europe should build a 40 foot thick reinforced concrete wall along all borders with Russia, sever all diplomatic ties, cancel any telephone or Internet connections and impose a quick death sentence on any who trade with Russia or conspire to. Later on Asia should do the same thing after they take of it what they wish. Maybe eventually it will happen. I hope so.

For an unknown reason someone else is fascinated by the Russian sacrifices at Bakhmut. Bskhmut is currently occupied by Russian Combat Reserve unit (aka unhappy conscripts) backed up (surrounded to prevent retreat) by the remnants of the Russian 217th Airborne Division (pretty much eviscerated in Feb and March 2022). There are not very many places left in Bakhmut in which to shelter from drone guided artillery.

An alternative tactical map of the situation today is available from

Here is a screenshot from the area around Bakhumet. For security reasons DeepState does not show the positions of individual units of Ukraine.

RE: TSA agents stealing money from passengers...

How weird the writer above never knew baggage handlers were always known to steal from baggage. It down't matter if we are talking about a Greyhond bus, an Amtrak train or a commercial flight. Baggage handlers often steal. When TSA was created after 9/11 many existing baggage handlers were involuntarily told tomorrow you will be a Federal TSA employee. Those upset at the idea quit. Some did, many did not as the new employment generated higher salary and better benefits. Tor 2 years there was massive effort to purge TSA of known thieves. However the new agency had allowed a private firm to process the HR paperwork and in 2003 this firm filed for bankruptcy and the US Marshals seized that companies assets including warehouses which included all of the TSA HR records the company had been storing, so nothing and no one moved around in TSA for six months till a court unravelled the mess. Then in 2005 a Federal Labor Relations Judge ruled firing a TSA employee because of a criminal conviction before their hiring was illegal if not supported by legislation to specifically do so. The result, there exist many TSA baggage handlers with histories implying a pre-dispostion to theft and various forms of corruption. That said, why would anyone stupidly leave large sums of cash in a checked in luggage bag they know will be opened by unknown persons, possibly multiple times?

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

Lukeon - from the same soujrce. Your map reading error is compounded by the site either changing the spelling of a towns name, not showing it, or moving it a half inch this way or that each time on zooms in or out.
Suffice to say, this site (which is independent and not controlled by Ukraine or the US) does not show the unimportant mining town of Bakhumet as being captured. Half encircled is a better way of describing it.
Heavy fighting is represented by yellow. Totally controlled by Ukraine in blue. Usually white means nothing much is happening there.

Embedded image from another site

Ny sources advise Ukraine has no intention of entering Bakhumet. They are content to let Russians keep flowing into it as the entire town is grid locked artillery targets. The Russians lack the strength to move West, but continually send a steady supply of troops and vehicles into the town where Ukraine's artillery chews them up and the next day more Russian targets flow into the town. Why Russia is so dumb is unknown, but as long as Western supplied artillery shells continue to arrive, Ukraine is happy to put them to work in Bakhumet.

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

That's hilarious. The ones slaughtered in the offensive have been the Russians. Every day they fall back a little further and abandon more positions. Their daily battlefield losses in terms of destroyed mechanized machines are often 3 or 4 times what Ukraine loses. Of course the machines have multiple men in them when they blow up, so that too implies Russia is taking horrible losses. Russia often leaves their wounded and dead where they fall and there are plenty of drone videos of dead Russians abandoned in or near their trenches. That Russian Kilo class missile submarine that burned last night in Sevastapol, how much did that cost? How many years would it take Russia to rebuild that dry dock (if Russia lasted long enough) and replace the western made equipment that burned that kept it operating? Those 11 technicians that burned alive on that landing ship, how many years of training and ship repair experience went up in smoke with them?

Your definition of winning a war is bizarre. You have lost more soldiers than you began the war with. Ukraine now has more Russian designed tanks and planes than it began the war with. The previously Russian occupied refineries off the coast of Crimea are now occupied by Ukraine. Fully half the Russian Black Sea fleet has been sunk and most what is left of it now hides in the Azov Sea. And Ukraine doesn't even have any war ships to speak of (yet). The NATO fleet will soon be in the Black Sea for an exercise. Explosions from air attacks rattle Moscow, the Russian capital, almost every night. More effective western weapons arrive in Ukraine every week. The Russian air force is scared to enter Ukraine's air space because whenever they do, their planes get swatted out of the sky.

Canalization of stolen Boeing airplanes to keep the other stolen ones airborne as commercial air transport will only work for about six months. That time is past and we begin to see Russian commercial airplanes dropping out of the sky. Hydraulic failure, chassis cracks, landing gear collapses, (aka hard landing, LoL), engines that suddenly flame in flight. Russian passengers will be seeing a lot more of that. There was a reason for scheduled maintenance, air frame inspections, and parts replacement. Russia's decision to ignore all that and run the stolen passenger airliners till they won't fly anymore fast approaches the inevitable result. All Russian logistics moves by rail. But the railroads are running out of spare parts too. Western made parts China lacks the technology to make clones of. Good luck holding your aircraft together in flight with knock off parts made in Pakistan. And don't even talk about the vast buying power of the Russian ruble, because it has none.

You say when the Russian Army begins to move,,. What Army? You gonna forcibly draft another 300,000 and give them spears to charge with?

Has Trump made himself ineligible for any elected office?

You have your opinion of what is important I have mine, They differ. Be advised the opinion of non-voters in other countries isn't really considered that important to US policy makers or most US citizens..

However, your post is totally off topic which is Trump vs the 14th amendment. Further off topic posts on my threads may be deleted.

Id your strange beliefs are important to you you may wish to write your own blog about them. I am sure the other 2 or 3 Russia huggers will be happy to join in there and agree with you.

Russia has yet to do anything deserving of respect. Should we respect crashing a lunar probe? Should we respect the invasion of Feorgia or the blowing up of Prigozhin's plane?

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

LoL, that is twisted logic. Any Russians in Ukraine after 2014 were there as invaders. Those there the day before Putin's first invasion were either Ukrainian citizens or Russian agents pretending to be comfortable with being in Ukraine. Certainly once Putin invaded Crimea Russians in Ukraine, if they supported the invasion became citizens of an enemy nation and should reasonably expect to be the target of discrimination if not actual justifiable attack. If they are still there I would argue they are not ordinary citizens but criminal looters fully deserving of a looter's fate. It is best for them to voluntarily leave now while the bridge back to Russia still stands.

Has Trump made himself ineligible for any elected office?

Most Americans are pretty happy with the general shape of America. We may have politicians we think should be voted out of office but the general consensus is this is the best (and longest lasting) government on the planet.

Yes, if a Treaty has been Ratified by the US Senate it becomes law. Many treaties submitted to the US Senate are not ratified and are thus temporary things to us. We will follow them as long as it is in our interest, when it is not we don't have to.

Russian losses as of Sept. 8 2023

I son;t see the connection between having Iranian (or Chinese) drones or a huge amount of artillery shells to illegally fire at civilian targets and the daily reports of losses to Russia. Russia entered the war with about 20,000 artillery pieces, so obviously they still have about 15,000 left to fire the shells you speak of. Although the world news has been full of reports of their begging N. Korea to sell them some artillery shells. Regarding moving to the next town, have you not looked at any current battle maps? Over half the ground occupied by Russia in the first few months since Feb. 2022 has been retaken by Ukraine. For the past several months the only thing the Russian Army has been doing is falling back. Slowly for sure, sometimes only a half kilometer a day, but back steadily, every day.

RE: An absolute must watch if you want to understand Ukraine, modern geopolitics

The quickest way for the War to end is if Putin pulls his troops out. The lives of those who wish they were Russian instead of Ukrainian will probably be bettered by leaving with those soldiers, unless they wish to stay and remove the millions of land mines and unexploded ordinance Russia has placed in Ukraine. The invaders leave, the war can end, so simple.
