This is damage control of an uncontrollable event of frequent activity around the world. I know this because of the activity here in WHanganui NZ.They think that by redirecting flight paths, or bringing in foreigners of another country as a distraction, will stop the frequent visits?
This is a pre-planned event of at least 5000 years. No intellectual human being can ever counter cover or subdue what ooccurs in Our Skies.
The more they try to minimize and distract all sky events especially here in in my town area, the more frequent things will be in fact its gonna get so hard to contain the activity. That its going to happen in broad daylight. It getts worse. One Ship is going to be the size of of the town.

Also we once had police drones in Whanganui, but now we dont, and we have new faces in the police force working here as well about the same time the drones stopped. Curious? lol

Some how i think it's the human DNA sequence is the line that alien races can't cross, they maybe more advanced than the human race in some ways but lack something humans have..
Aliens maybe able look the part and act the part of a human but are not the real thing, maybe there's a universal copyright of DNA sequencing that can't be altered...
The biggest thing I see reading some of the encounter reports of the past 60+ years is the pacifistic nature of the aliens from those who survived and reported their encounters. Now I recognize this is a lot like a swimmer in deep waters who suddenly realizes a few large sharks are swimming alongside them, who is not attacked, and safely swims back to shore and tells everyone they meet that sharks are just curious and somewhat friendly, and we shouldn't fear them. From their perspective their statements are true.
