LJ, I am awaiting his reply to my question, surely he can not twist the question i have asked. I think it is very straight forward question, that desereves a straight forward answer.
LJ, i was bought up understanding that 2 wrongs do not make it right,However those that kill needlessly do need to be punished. I am not sure why any group of people would want to use killings to instill their faith in others. To my way of thinking, that would only turn me away from that particular faith.
LJ, I could not condone the killing of innocent people. Those that do kill innocent people should be dealt with, HOW, i'm not sure. Semsu, seems to think i have avoided his question, but if this self rightous person reads carefully, (he has proven in the past he does not) he would clearly see that i have answered it. Yet it is he who is intent on not answering any question put before him. In simple terms Semsu, Do you agree with the sensless, barbaric, brutal killings of innocent people that ISIS are partaking in. Either a simple yes or no would suffice.
I do not disaggre, yet you have not said you disagree with the killings that ISIS is delighting themselves with. Here is your chance now to so what ISIS is doing is wrong,. or do you in fact support them in what ISIS is doing?
LJ, I wish i had the answer, i truly do, But alas i do not. I fear that there are not enough people in this world prepared to take a stand against all this unwanted, brutal killing of innocent ones. So i am not sure what the answer is LJ. Sorry to disappoint.
There was never a mentuion of muslim flies nor was there any hint they are good for anything other than swatting you. Why would you try and make trouble when there is no need for that. Accept that Nam was talking about swatting you and nothing else.
Semsu Why are you living in the past and not the present. Does it suit you better to bring up the past and not deal with the present. It could be taken that you agree with all the killing of innocent people of today, seeing as you have not spoken against it, only reminded people of past wrongs by whosever god.
LJ, A lot has been written and spoken about this and similar topics. I personally can answer the religious point of view, nor would i dare to. (This does not make me an athiest or non believer, just not having enough knowledge to answer from a religious point of view) However, i do believe that Killing innocent people is WRONG, regardless of their colour, religion, political stance or anything. Killing Innocent people should never be tolerated. To me, that is more important than whether a religion says it's ok or not ok. Lets stop killing innocent people full stop.
Nam, My father fought in 2 world wars, (lied about his age on both occassions), I was brought up believing that the men who fought these wars did so, so that future generations would have a better life and not suffer the hostilities they had to when they were young, Tis a shame that there are some people, From differant race and religions, that wish to continue these wars.
Wallops, Thank you, I only pop in from time to time nowadays. I do try and read as many blogs as i can. Interest level in writing blogs is at an all time low. Might try and spur myself on to write a blog soon.

Hi LJ, We have a Good Friday appeal every year for the Royal Melbourne Childrens Hospital. (Victoria, Aust) It is a telethon and each year more money is raised than the year before. I donate $1,000.00 every year. Seeing as it is for a childrens hospital, i feel it is a donation well worth it. (it is the only appeal i donate to as far as money goes). Last year the appeal raised in excess of $19 million. I have been known to participate in Fundraising ventures where i may have my hair cut to help raise funds, or grow a moustache to help raise money, and the last one i did was the "ice bucket" challange.
