Raven Nice to see you put up a blog Though I will say that I don't necessarily agree. There are some who just won't forgive or for that matter see things as they really are. And as much as I respect the lovely Welela, if this isn't part of the real world then I am a monkeys uncle. The Internet is part of the real world. The difference is that some treat it as their alter ego. Behaving the opposite to what they are in person. Have a great surprise birthday party my friend. As you would no doubt be aware of by now. The blogs just like real life have many varied types of people. It is what makes the world go round. No about the water, there appears to be some Scotch has been added to mine. For now I shall go and down my sorrows.

Abagail Good points. It had often be said of Australia though That we do not have a culture of our own and never have. This is due to our ancestors arriving here and forcibly taking the land from the aborigines. Whilst I am a true 5th generation aussie I can't see why we can't embrace multiculturalism. Instead of being illegal immigrants allow them here to build the extra infrastructure we need. We have such a vast and open land. Doubling our population will make us a more important player in world affairs. I do not suggest segregation though. Australia has laws that should be followed by all that live here. Making allowances for those who choose to come here should be restricted to a certain degree. At the end of the day We are all citizens of this planet and as such WE all share a responsibility to make and allow it to prosper and not to be dictated to by the minorities.
Society dictates what happens. What our who is society Society is us. You, me and everyone else. Society should be the majority but it isn't. Society is the minority. Until the majority stop the minority from dictating we are headed for more bleak outcomes in everything. Aliens or asylum seekers as we call them here deserve to be treated as equals. They are trying to flee a country where the minority rule. The USA, Britian, Australia and other truly democratic countries should not turn a blind eye. Maybe instead of turning these people away and trading them as second class citizens of this world maybe not just governments but big business as well should be doing more to help. Infrastructure can be built to accommodate these people. In fact they could help build the extra infrastructure. Tis very hard to communicate in writing what I am trying to say . But I hope you can understand what it is I am trying to portray.

Just out of curiousity WHY would you have a Landord You have been telling us for months now that you are living on the boat you are building as you can not afford to live elsewhere. And why would a Landlord want you to look after their kids with the grand parents. Surely if they expected you to do this, then they would be making adjustments on the rent you pay to them, BUT that would only be if you were living in a house and NOT on the BOAT you are building. Just asking?
LK back in 1970 we had a pop festival not far from where I live now. It was supposed to be our answer to Woodstock Queen played there and I was an immediate fan. However a large section of the crowd booed them. Freddie said You boo us now, but just wait and see, we will be the biggest band playing to the biggest crowds in history. How right he was. I had a friend called and he thought he was the bees knees, (special) and very unique. Why, well when ever we called him we used to say "hey you nick" and he always thought we were saying he was unique. So i guess that makes him you nick or unique......
LK i would never walk all over your heart, I would kneel down and pick it up, take it to the nearest emergency ward, ask them to mend it and place it back inside you. Then i would ask the doctors to check your brain for follow the panthers.....
