Mandatory burka would be stupid. There is a certain beauty presented with the Hijab and loosely fit and semi-transparent Niqab that I found enticing by the women I met wearing them in Israel last year. Very Hot IMO.
I was living in Costa Mesa, CA not long after this song became a hit. In the middle of the summer then I looked outside from behind a sliding glass door and thought this can't be true. It's snowing in So Co? The bushes, and landscape were covered by snow? Nah, it was only ash from a forrest fire out at big bear lake. Sometimes I miss So Co.
Hm, I guess an ancient Roman poet like Quintus Horatius Flaccus (a.k.a. Horace) trying to write in Latin and being translated near 2000 years later could come across that way.
happy does he pass his time, who can each day say "I have lived: tomorrow let Father Jupiter hold heaven's summit with dark cloud
Or bright sun; he will not render vain whatever is past, nor will he take back and undo what once the fleeting hour has moved." (Dryden, Imitation of Horace,)
-or-
Happy the man, and happy he alone, he who can call today his own: he who, secure within, can say, Tomorrow do thy worst, for I have lived today.
Be fair or foul, or rain or shine the joys I have possessed, in spite of fate, are mine. Not Heaven itself, upon the past has power, but what has been, has been, and I have had my hour. (Horace )
Well, in 1980 after mt st helen blew, our particulate samplers in central ohio detected it's fugitive particulate transport in just over 24 hours, so, maybe, given the radionuclides are smaller and lighter...... we might see trace elements of radiological design here by the end of this week (provided meteorological disturbances dont interfere first.)
RE: what is ur profession!!!!
