The only reason problems persist is because focus too much on the problem rather than finding a solution to their problems,so they keep bumping again and again into life.
Don't block negative thoughts,they come up whether you want them to or not,let them be...just don't act on them,but when they do come up,id its every couple of minutes,try to replace them with happy thoughts.
