Well thanks for that! But it is a bit different to what I mean.
A girl can be very straightforward (and insulting even!) about what kind of guy she likes, but a man can get very, very harsh treatment if he said the reverse. Like for instance, I am mainly attracted to shorter girls, with blonde hair and oddly enough, ones with glasses! But if a girl approached me that was tall and with black hair I don't think I would be as horrible to her as women often are to short guys.
Plus I have also dated a taller girl, just to see if it was any different They're all the same height laying down
I had thought since you asked guys if they had a problem dating a girl taller than them, that it might have been less of an issue for you, or at least one that you might have wanted reassurance from other guys about.
I know it is a personal thing as you like what you like, but it is possible to be and feel feminine despite being taller. Shortness does not equal femininity; hair, shapely figure, pretty eyes/eyelashes etc play as big a part.
Just because you were dating a shorter guy does not mean you can't wear heels! I dated a girl that was 5'9 and I always told her I loved it because I felt like I was dating a model
Oh I mean random viewers not anybody that posts here! Just said it as I get some random viewers, who would not exactly be expected to be searching for a 24 yr old
Haha of course I can't resist a cheeky pun though!
I'm good, have had a great weekend. Good night out last night and the various sports today have been very entertaining! And I have no essays or presentations due this week...so it is happy days!
Nice to see you all seemed to have a good laugh last night, hope ye all had plenty of these for those that couldn't make it
The current English players came up in a coaching system that molly-coddled them and gave them zero footballing intelligence. They were bred from day one to play "masculine" football i.e get it forward ASAP and use brawn where possible. The way they still pretend that there are doubts about Messi being the best player in the world shows a fear of skillful players. That kind of brawn compliments the skillful players like Giggs and Alonso have. But when they play together, they are like Ivory Coast, 11 players who are big and strong but lack the skill, wit and ability to win top level football matches when it counts.
That being said, their under 17s did just win the European Championships playing in a style similar to Arsenal. But there is a gaping hole between when they (if ever they do) can step in and the current players available to England.
I have nothing against England the country or the people there. Anybody that is Anti-English for the sake of hating out neighbours is just sad. That being said, I wanted Germany to win as I really, really do not like the set of players England have at the minute. Seeing John Terry in disarray today warmed my heart
Plus I really hope though that Blatter listens to Platini and implements some new system to eliminate the shocking decisions that are ruining games.
Is it really that difficult to have somebody in the ear of the referee who can tell the referee he made a mistake?
Perhaps you should look at the populations of previous all World Cup winners. All bar Uruguay (And Uruguay won both of theirs in 1930 and 1950 in smaller competitions which many european nations did not travel to south america for the finals) are comfortably ahead of Ireland, many have populations of well over ten times what we have. Successful teams have large populations and large amounts of people playing football.
The key figure is the amount of people playing football in the country. A larger population size greatly increases the possibility of having a large figure playing football. If soccer is the number one sport in the country, the chances are increased again. That is why Brazil, England, Germany, Argentina etc are successful. They have a high enough population figure and football is the primary sport.
Countries with large populations like India, China etc have not had football as their number one sport for long enough to make use of high populations. If they had the same set up like in Brazil ot England (Professional league, underage set up etc) then they would figure too. USA have large enough of a population to have a decent team despite football lagging behind their indigenous sports. Participation figures are rising all the time though.
RE: Height
Did you watch Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman a lot when you were younger?
