Yes....I'll second that...in fact I'll third that....very good time had by all...perhaps too good in fact.....I seem to remember someone dancing on the table.....and I hope it wasn't me...but it was prolly Cherscic...she can get a little wild if she looks at a wine label....:-) Thank you Rusty for choosing a smashing restaurant.....I had excellent calamari, caught fresh that day, and done with a wildly tasty garlic sauce....no wonder nobody came close to me after the meal... Next time, i'll definitely try the rabbit.....so good.....every dish... Thank you Jacko, for logistics and organisation, thank you SirLaughalot for his incredible knowledge of Maltese history and geography, thank you ladies for gracing the occasion with your beauty and humour, thanks everyone for the good company... Let's do it again sometime...

As a once-famous ad slogan said....."I'm only here for the beer...."... that's only part of the truth....but the beer in Malta is excellent....and there is a golden rule here...if you order a large Cisk, it is usually served by a gorgeous cowgirl in a tight t-shirt.....is that what makes the beer taste so good??....
Cherscic IS a little lamb...until you get out of line, and then she takes out her whip, and the rest of us run for cover, except intrepid duck-hunters perhaps....

We had a novice pilot who kept fluffing his lines on the intercom....got all embarrassed.....and then landed the plane like it was a cartload of bricks....I swear, he almost popped the tires.....and then turned the aircarft so tight halfway down the runway, we did a little broadside... It's warmer in Malta, but inside the houses, it's freakin' freezing!!!....I'm so poor (or disorganised) I can't afford heating, so we sat huddled around a bunch of candles to keep warm.....oh well, the wine was excellent, and the company more than that...good to be back on these fair shores....
Finally, proof that Leonardo-baby was stoned as a......stone when he painted his mystical portrait........ and the reason behind her laconic smile is......the model was stoned too!....
