Then go for the Wii. Just be prepared to cry the first time you get on it. It's VERY judgmental about what's overweight and obese etc. Taken me about 6 months just to get to a stage where it doesn't make my little character into a chubby little spiky haired thing.
For a women, I'd say the Wii would be enough. If there was any guys trying to add in some muscle then not a chance but I know a few people who swear by the wii for simple toning
