They didn't murder anyone. Nearly all of the killings in Iraq have been by Iraquis themselves. If you want to criticise Bush and Blair then that's fine, they deserve it, but don't make ridiculous claims like that.
Everyone's entitled to self-defence! sometimes it really is a case of kill-or-be-killed. If that seems bleak well, maybe that's just the reality of life.

He must be dead! if he wasn't then Al Quaida would produce him and cause massive embarrassment to the USA. It would be a huge propaganda boost for them.
Your question assumes there is some justification for why he feels the way he does. But here's the problem.....suppose you find that there isn't any justification, he has just been brainwashed to hate us for no real reason (which is the case) what do you do then? Unfortunately you just have to kill him before he kills us.
It's a bit like the Real IRA, if there's no reasoning with them then you've just go to wipe them out, terrible but true.
