You'd be amazed the difference it makes if you can stick to it. The hardest part of doing it (in my experience) is saying no to your friends when they say 'go on sure do, have another one, go on you might as well, sure we're all having one ext ext ext...'.
Take a tip from me. Next time you go on the tear have 5 pints instead of the usual 10, (or whatever you have, just take half). You'll find you have just as much enjoyment as before and no hangover and therefore no wasted day after.
Just heard on the news that some of the waves in the Pacific are higher than the highest point on some of the Pacific islands. The west coast of America (and South America) are on alert, waves expected to hit in the next nine hours.
The gap is actually very small if you have a lot of kids. It's a serious disincentive to work. The good times saw a lost opportunity to deal with dependency culture.
