Cream buns and cream horns, we used to get them in QLD, never see them here. I never used to be a huge fan but my sister (not Larf) misses the cream buns.
at school we used to blow up the popper boxes and jump on them to make them go off with a bang, it used to scare the crap out of everyone. I have never seen a kid do that down here.
You would think, but no, not when it comes to potato cakes up there anyway. I am fluent in QLD and Vic language having lived in both. Scallops are still seafood too.
You should see people look at me stupid here when I ask for a nikko. (That is a permanent marker down here)
Late in the second half, it is a draw 18 all. NSW prematurely score a field goal to 'secure' the win. They get complacent and forget that Queensland play best under pressure and until the fat lady sings and QLD come through with 2 minutes to go to score the match winning try.
That is Cowgirldancer. She was very nice and came down from the country. She spends a lot of time outdoors and she has awesome skin, she looks very young for her age. It isn't spray tan either. She was an amazingly strong woman. The things she accomplished was outstanding. Made me tired just talking to her. I don't think she is on here anymore.
I don't think you could do anything to zucchini to make it taste good. It is just a tasteless, watery, mushy mess in your mouth, same with squash and it's relatives. Eggplant is another, I just can't do it.
I save the stock when boiling veges to make soups and gravies. I also cook ahead a lot too so when I work nights the kids still have a nutritious meal, just have to pull it out of the freezer.
No, I haven't been in and haven't heard much. What I did hear was that is was a short display and a lot of reading. I have spoken to a few people that have come from interstate to see it but hadn't been yet. Not much help, sorry.
RE: Diffrant names in other staes.
Yes, that is the port I am accustomed to here.
