Anyone who considers protocol unimportant has never dealt with a cat. -

RE: What is the best movie you have seen recently?

Yes - Deepa Mehta is the woman you're thinking of. "Water" was the final chapter in her elemental trilogy (the other two films were "Fire" and "Earth").

From the web: 'Angry mobs, apparently supported by the local political and police apparatus, tore down the sets of Mehta’s film, 'Water,' fearing--and perhaps rightly so--that the film would challenge the age-old traditions of Hinduism and portray the religion in a bad light."

I haven't seen it (yet) so thanks for the reminder. Hope it's available to rent.

The Illusionist. I'm now obsessed with Edward Norton. kiss

RE: Is "Vulnerable" and "Needy"..the same thing?

Vulnerable suggests being at risk for disappointment or even harm. Being open so love will find you is a positive thing. I don't think that makes you vulnerable.

I agree with needy, as you describe it and would add that it is heavily burdened with insecurity and lack of trust.

WHat are you

Perfect. I'll bring my sketchbook and a thermos of coffee...

RE: A near full moon

kiss Love that... thanks Duncan for sharing it.

RE: >> Jesus jihad <<

I'll accept that. I also find pagan revival/new age interesting. Many paths, one summit... hug

potluck - what are you bringing?

OMG!!! Do you really make Frito Pie? I've only had it at the Ontario Renaissance Festival, made by Dave Ballows from Texas who ran the kitchen. Best with jalapeno hot sauce...

potluck - what are you bringing?

Hmmmm... would you rather be breakfast? kiss
