Food is a known commodity we all can produce here in Aus. and Countries are buying up big tracts of land to grow the stuff here. Only thing is the water needed may be gone due to all the fracking chemicals and reduction in grown water pressure due to the extraction of megalitres of water from fracking activities. Fertiliser is a big unknown as it's costing more as the demands are getting bigger as more is expected to be grown on less land and less fertile land than ever before. Must be why BHP tried buying out the biggest fertiliser co. in the world recently.
Maybe a clearer description of what a fool is would be more helpful ie: a fool and their money are easily parted - thinks that interest free is a bargain, thinks having the most expensive car they can get a loan for is a good investment, spends over $50 week on smokes etc...
Love how you caught the cockatoos in flight and the pale headed rossella's are beatiful, the high country is a great place to take a camera, well done Rob
And have you seen the size of Americans? Couldn't be they are depressed like Oprah about their ballooning waistelines? All i know is many people have spoken about how their general wellbeing has benefited by a proper diet with the essential minerals obtained from the likes of red capsicum, broccoli, seeds, nuts and other elements many fast fooders go without. Exercise is a no brainer, but this is something nobody wants to do but know it is good for them. bit like hitting your head with a hammer, why do you keep doing it, 'cos it feels so good when you stop. Maybe go without the hippie weed, alcohol and other crap and see how you feel afterwards?
Fact - most Australians are overweight if not in the obese or morbid obese BMI range fact - many Australians don't know the difference between a nutrional meal and a heart attack in a maccas package Fact - most Australians do little to no exercise at all and find basic movement like jogging a chore they cannot perform due to their extreme pc/internet addictions causing their bodies to go into melt down ****Fact - losing weight and exercise reduces the incidence of deppression.****
rose coloured glases are fine, however lets say Daniels killer was still out there and you were not informed by your media, all of a sudden you're now questioned why you did let your kids catch a school bus on their own in his area knowing full well that someone else had been abducted. A head in the sand approach is for fools.
I didn't mind labor introducing Medicare, hate to live somewhere like the US of A where they can't even get their heads around a tax based medical fund.
I think there was a push here to try increasing the tax burden by a 1/4 of 1cent in every dollar to introduce a denticare dental tax based scheme like medicare. I wouldn't mind paying tax for something like that.
The coalition introduced GST on all your purchases and services you use. This has meant a lot of wealthy people like businesses and the like are now having to pay tax instead of nothing. I'd like to see payroll tax dropped and GST raised to grab even more tax from the wealthy. Social security payments could just be raised to account for the increased prices.
I'm sure if Abbott had to cow tow to the independents and greens to get his legislation passed, he'd be doing exactly the same thing. Who knows, we may end up with more Katter's, Oakshot's, Winsor's and the like.
But fools can be fun
confusion say, trust a fool to be true to themselves and be wary of anyone who declares they are not fools
