If you're not too fussed about the head (an alternative word for pressure) or flow rate then you could get one of the cheap pumps that Rob suggested. You could get a submersible or a jet pump.
You want a submersible I assume? What diameter is your bore? How much flow would you like to deliver (L/m)? And how much head? Does it need to pump up a hill, if so how high? Will it be pumping into pipework, if so, what diameter is it and how long? Does it need to run sprinklers? Or just into a cattle trough?
Although I am an atheist, I do believe Jesus was a real person. I think there are enough writings and other evidence to prove that. Just the same as L. Ron Hubbard was a real person. Look at Hubbard and see how easy it really is to start a new religion. Or Bhuddha, or Confucious for that matter.

Many animal species practice monogamy. It's all about what's best for the propogation of the species. Human babies need years of intensive care and this was best done by two people in the hunting and gathering days. However, I think that man have a natural tendency to look for opportunities to maximise the spread of their genes and that makes evolutionary sense, too.
