Thaks for the suggestions. My computer forgot to download windows updates for a looooong time. I am currently downloading and installing 86 windows updates... I wonder how many hours this will take?

I got this warning from Microsoft. My computer just shuts down at any time. I have tried system restore and even system recovery and neither has worked. Any advice would be great...thanks, I am off to research it myself. Here is the message:
