I know where you are coming from, it hurts.

Was giving up myself and think I'll throw in the towel if this one doesn't work. Someone being able to built up something lasting with is very hard to find. Will keep my fingers crossed that you'll find it.

I completely cut contact with my ex.

I was working on the relationship as long as I was in it, so if it's over, it's definitely OVER.

Doesn't mean I wouldn't miss someone, but there was a reason for the break-up and I never wanted to go back.

If you want someone to talk to in the forums, try to get engaged with people in the different threads here. Virtual friendships have been struck up and some posters are keeping in contact privately.

If you are trying to meet someone locally, chances are a lot higher with emailing them personally than them spotting this thread. Trying different avenues in meeting someone increases your chances. Best of luck!

Latest news at least 28 dead between a suicide bombing at Brussels Airport and a bombing at the Metro Station in Brussels-Molenbeek.

News on the Aachen local radio station is that secret service experts see today's bombing as a reaction of last Friday's arrest of Salah Abdeslam, a Belgian-born French national of Moroccan descent who is thought to be one of the leaders in the Paris terrorist attacks.

I think if people are in a relationship, they do as not turning up or no communication would be very noticeable.

Before having a relationship it simply means people are not interested in any further contact. I would interpret "radio silence" after one or a few dates as no interest.
