Without the embargo Cuba had everything to prosper and to prosper well... And no, you certainly can not compare him to Tito... I am sure many on here would have to google Cuba or Fidel to actually gain some knowledge about it...
Well, Obama isn't the only one who could've done something, indeed. But The fact that he spoke now, after Fidel's death speaks volumes...you won't point a knife at a dead man... What's in store, I hope they won't become anything like Mexico for example...

Hi darling, I understand your position, as I answered to Ooby, it was the embargo that made Cuba halt it's progress for so long... I wouldn't call a dictator a man who wanted to save his land and people from the false Western "culture"... Cubans may celebrate but we know what will become of their country very soon...downhill and fast... We have witnessed too many going there in the past few years...
