Well, Tru, it happens every day, eveywhere ... Almost every single supermarket in Bulgaria has the donation boxes next to the till with pictures of kids and adults on. And the health insurance is high enough, plus we have a special health department that decides kid's treatments abroad. Before the forced democracy our health care was free, our university education was free too. Every school had a dentist and a doctor. Now we are blackmailed to choose private services or die waiting in the queue...
I do understand your hopes Argy, but to change you need to want the change. You need to see what you do as a mistake, something that isn't present in certain cultures. What you see as right and normal isn't right and normal for them...
Don't hold your breath... It's their culture and I bet yours isn't their goal... Just read about the Pakistany airline whose airplane crashed recently performing a goat sacrifice to break the bad luck... And aviation engineers and pilots are educated people, I think...
As many already mentioned, it depends on what the issue is... But frankly said if the conditions is such that it will slow or change my life to the point of becoming a satellite around someone else's life, well, no, not for me, I am not a saint or a martyr... Drinking, drugs or manic depressions-not a chance...
I was called a magician today...and it felt great... It came from the mother of a teenager with severe acne I treat for free... It has been a hard battle with a wonderful result, I love days like this...
Every single institution from a school to a hospital have a manager who make sure that the institution makes the best profits... Managers need to be good at diplomacy and finance and protect their companies interests... So, seeing the country as a company we would expect the company to be run by those who know best... I wonder how many of you have made even a single percent of what these people achieved financially?!
Yeah, if everyone was minding his own business and not predicting what will or not happen the world was going to be a much better place... Or may be clairvoyance is a new top profession...
I'll take it as it comes...and enjoy every single bit of it... I hope it's good, as for the goals I work hard to achieve what I want, don't leave it to the chance...
RE: ......how do they justify...this........???????
