What does a scientific journal means Life, isn't Wikipedia one of the most reliable sources as the information is provided exactly by scientists, historians and so on professionals?! Do you work in Immigration office or Intelligent service, by any chance? What an intelligent person will understand is that the problem should be sorted from its roots... Give your own people a chance to educate themselves, get better jobs, do business (not with drugs) and build a better future and opportunities for your youth.
