Not sure, maybe, there's always new discoveries being made, and people striving for more. It's possible that someone has a clue, at a very early stage.
What would that have to do with anything though?
If you're going down the science vs. religion route, please, don't bother, it's been done before. There is no comparison, or arguement, they're two different realms altogether, no matter how much you might like to believe different.
Nope, I don't believe in a singular god of any sort, even if I wanted to, I just can't. Don't believe in multiple gods either, just in case you were wondering.
You're right though, in a way, but life isn't a craps shoot, it takes dedication to learning in order to succeed. It's all up to you in the end, not fate, destiny, or some entity's will.
