Odd thing, I just mentioned that to someone today. I can't ay I've ever hated anything in my entire life, but I have developed a HATE for winter on the prairies.

It's only 20 below with a 50 km/h wind, not so bad for Edmonton in January. I managed to get my old diesel fired up and on the driveway, so i shouldn't complain.
Still, I get the feeling Ireland would be warm and inviting at this time of year.
The province of British Columbia went to zero tolerance, which means if you sniff a wine cork and drive, you hang.
The one thing is, there is no room for error, you drink, you don't drive, but talk about extremism. All things in moderation....you'd think we became the US or Saudia Arabia overnight!
The thread sat dormant for 39 months until I posted in it, so I would see it as resurrecting the thread, unless you have a different definition for the word.
So again, I ask, why does it bother you so much, regardless of who resurrected it? There's no sarcasm there, just a legitimate question, and yes, I do see it as strange for someone to be bothered by it.
This thread, and the question it poses, is as pertinent as the day Claudya started it in '09. I hope someone else drags it up in another 39 months, to see what it was like "back then".
This site used to be fun, and at times it is/might be again, but I just don't have the time for whining and complaining, or people wanting to argue just because they have nothing better to do.
Here in Canada we have politicians, public figures, and celebrities of every colour, creed, and ethnic background you could imagine. I'm sure a few of them might even be aliens.
When you truly do love someone, and are comitted to them, money really doesn't matter, period.
I've been through a similar experience, taking care of my Mom, and I'd never trade it for anything or anyone in the world. I almost lost everything, and still have debts as a result, but I have no regrets, absolutely none at all.
After reading innumerous threads and posts on similar topics, and related relationship matters, I get the feeling most people have no idea of what commitment, honour, responsibility, and dedication actually mean.
