Ahhh, see, Google Maps is better than a machine gun and hand grenades. Not to mention, you're learning the Metric system...you might make a good world citizen yet.
If you can package this BS into something I can stuff into a stocking easily, I'd consider giving you 38 cents per unit. Crimbo is around the corner, and I live next to the USA, they love this sort of crap.
After all, why should the churches be the only ones to profit.
'Ol Rusty had some serious issues he was dealing with, and unfortunately he had no outlet, other than CS. So, we all bore the brunt of his tirades, whether we were directly inflicted, or not.
Hope all's well.
r those of us gone for a week, or two, or a month, or six. Actually, I often forget which thread I posted in 15 minutes earlier at times. It's not that important anymore.
Yeah, I know what you mean, it is nice to think there would be more to death than just worm food. I've never had a virgin, let alone 64, or 72, or whatever the magic number is.
Anyway, don't let the right wing Christian fanatics get you down, they're just playing out their fears on you, and everyone else that'll listen to their drivel.
I haven't seen you suggest a solution, or anything, other than a thumbs up for legalisation of drugs in this thread. Do you think that's the solution for the "problem"?
Obviously there's a demand, or the supply would dry up due to a lack of profit, so obviously someone's doing drugs, of all kinds.
Why does having the last word matter so much to so many people? Is it really that important? What does it achieve?
What people should really be striving for is the ability to listen, and hear what the other person is saying. It's so rare that people do that anymore.
We get the warnings at my place every spring when the bears come out of hibernation. I've had bears in my yard before, but I've only seen them across the creek, and only black bears, no Grizzlies yet, although they are in the area.
One raided the neighbour's kitchen across the road 5 years ago while she was out in her garden in the back yard. Made a bit of a mess inside after it went through the screen door.
I was hunting in the foothills along the Rocky mountains, alone, and a big cat took interest in me. He followed me for a while, and I had that feeling I was being watched, although I didn't hear a thing.
I turned around after hearing snow crunching, and there it was, peering at me from the edge of the logging road, from under some dense growth.
I turned around, locked the bolt on my rifle, and it was gone in a puff of snow. I don't think I was in too much danger, they usually only attack other smaller animals, or maybe children, but if they're hungry, you never know.
Just a few days later, I was stalked by a Grizzly, and he made himself well known by stepping in my footprints, a couple times. Another one, never heard a thing, and they do attack people.
One guy was killed earlier in the year just a few miles south of there, while fishing at a creek. The bear ate half of him, then buried the rest for a snack later. Another hunter had his Elk taken away from him by a grizzly just a couple days earlier too. The bear charged him, and let him know full well he'd be dessert if he didn't leave.
Yep, Ft.McMurray has turned into the drug capital of Canada, and it's mainly crack, along with meth, and then booze as usual. There are some that smoke pot as well, but they usually work for companies that don't test. Mainly because they're afraid they'll lose their entire workforce if they do.
Drug testing is a waste of time, the ones it hurts the most are the ones that smoke pot, not the boozers, crack or meth heads. After working along side all of them, I'd take the one that smoked a joint the night before and passed out early, than any of the others.
I don't agree with drug testing, it's an invasion of privacy. What someone does on their own time outside of work is their own business.
While at work is another matter, whether it be drugs or alcohol, or even a lack of caffeine or nicotine.
The funny thing with all the testing is, the only thing that stays in your body in any measurable quantity is cannabis. The rest is flushed out naturally in no time, and even faster with the use of certain flushing agents, or it can be easily masked as well.
Unless you were doing rails and swilling whiskey within a few days of being tested, it isn't going to show up with the more common testing procedures. If you smoked a joint a month ago, guaranteed it'll be on the test results.
Why should there be drug testing, what he, or anyone does with their time off is nobody else's business. Not that I agree with using crack/coke, but still.
The real problem here seems to be the media, keeping the controversy alive, as they usually do. What is truly sad is that "news" has become entertainment, and in some cases, nothing more than gossip.
I hope he stays in office, if for nothing else than to spite those that are out to get him.
Last time I was in Oklahoma, I had just finished loading a few vehicles I bought at the place I was staying. The guy's son had an employee that asked me if I was taking all that stuff back to Canada, to which I replied, yes.
He then asked how I was going to get it across the ocean. I had to ask, which ocean? He said the one between Canada and 'Merica.

Education, or Eugenics, take your pick, within a couple generations things should change for the better.
You'll have to excuse him, he's American. The US has never attacked Ireland or Scotland, so how's he supposed to know the geography of that part of the world?
RE: If the first date is bad, do you end it early?
If it was really bad, I'd finish my drink, politely excuse myself to go to the bathroom, then crawl out the window and stiff her with the bill. What's good for the gander, is good for the goose.
Ok, maybe I wouldn't.
