I can't really complain, I even got married here about 4 years ago. It came close to being successful. But life does not always work the way you might imagine.
I did in the past but it was not so great. We actually dated for over a year. But it was hard to break a barrier that was instilled so deep in the minds of the parents. I suppose you could just live as an outcast. I have done that plenty of times. But it is nice to have a little bit of Love and reinforcement in a relationship.
I have thought to myself and wondered if this is still a "dating" site in any caliber the last few years. I get the impression it is more of a social media..more of a place to go and spend time to be entertained. Originally it was a much more viable place to meet others that were also genuinely interested in meeting someone to make a future with or others that were more casual...but I just don't get that out of what I read here as of late.
I still use the word "Dear", but I usually will use it a bit differently. I use it at the beginning of a letter as in "Dear Azucena" where others might just use it as a generic word to send the same letter to many people. SO I suppose it can go either way. If someone protests to the word I have no issues omitting it. I hope that gives you a little insight. ;-}
Maybe not amnesia but possibly an issue with Short term memory allocation. Possibly they catch a glimpse on the forum and then want a closer look..maybe then they realize that there was a criteria that they do not meet..or one that I have found quite often is you realize after thinking about it you can not send a correspondence because of certain limitations set by the Woman and her profile. I have seen that happen a lot...even in a friendly message to be sent and you find you just can not do it. I once even made a comment that I could not send the message on the forum but to my surprise they did not believe me because they could send me a message~ Of course that is only because I did not have the same limitations. And then once a contact is made then a return mail or flower is not blocked. But still the woman did not believe me so there was no dialogue to follow. I have seen many "quirks" and very "common computer glitches" that can cause unrest and a lack of trust if no caution is taken in how the response or the inquiry is made. I have had times where I had been talking with a very lovely young lady (yeah, hard t believe) and at some point while "corresponding", and we did this daily....many times 5-6 times in the times we were online...sometimes more or even less if we were also talking on another media. But this one time I was confused as the mail I sent was not read. Now I know that in new introductions this happens many times and the mail goes in the garbage never to be read till the end of time. But she had read it! It just never showed on my side that it had been opened.. it was something that may have been fixed though even now I have at least one mail....and 2 flowers that were sent and not to a new person but someone that had had high praise in my writings before I removed all those...and another to someone that was simply casual but still would read and return...so yes!! All these things can be an increasingly valid question. I think that as I myself work on computers when I have the chance and in the past about 18 hours a day! that depending on the site and how things are set up that even the best or popular sites can have these glitches and to actually know why a person repeatedly is on your "viewed" list could mean a lot of different things. One that also comes to mind, Especially years back was many of us would jump to one profile to get to another because we knew that other person was on their "friends" or "fan" list.. Anyway..I hope that my long written post might give some ideas or possibilities to what the reason may be. And of course you can simply "ask"..LOL.. maybe that is what the guy is hoping. Maybe he is incredibly shy and passive aggressive is his way. Either way "Good Luck" ;-}
It's all over. the patriots intercepted a pass right in front of the goal line and Seattle needed that goal to get back on top. After that it just went bad to worse.
I am not into football but I also am not so much into many sports. I never really understood why this competitiveness that goes on in what sport is more of a sport and so on. Seems like if others enjoy it then that is ok by me. I admit those cheerleaders are pretty enticing but nothing wrong with that either. The only thing I am saddened by is when spectators think they are the players and beat up on each other or batter their loved ones in a drunken blur. Hopefully that is not happening as much as it was when I had a tv some years ago. I remember hearing this though back then. All the best and because I am next door I voted for the SeaHawks. "Seattle"
Those ones you might be able to have a talk with, explain your predicament. Then we can get back to finding a date for the barn dance or the riverside moonlight sleep out garden party. Just herd sheeps into one area and get on with the important things life has to offer.

Have you ever went and spent a few months in Scotland and surrounding areas? Maybe 6 months? I have a friend from childhood. A "woman", she is married to a born there and living in "Glasgow". I think she is attending a school there now ans raising a family. I bet if you were to emerge yourself in the populous you may be pleasantly surprised. Sometimes the one you are attracted to is not so close. I tried to point that out earlier with another person and was not understood. I hope you will give it a try. It might be the beginning of a real life adventure.
This may not be the answer but has he been online lately? If so then maybe he is not interested. If not then maybe he is out for awhile. I don't know why he is not interested unless he did not meet the criteria. But have you talked with him at all before? I have the same problem when I have contacted some women I was interested in...they did not even open the mail or flower..so either way I can relate to some point.
It has been nothing less than a "trainwreck", and the kind where you are not sure exactly if you got hit real bad or if you are really asleep. (like in a coma) Not a pretty sight at all.
LOL...Not in my experience...but I have not been to the Dalles nor do I exercise that experiment here in Portland. Just doesn't sound so nice to think or say.
I will not deny that there are still deep seeded prejudices in many places and though at one time it may have been in a direction that was pretty obvious, in this present time those singular prejudices only act as a way for to make us all weak and without unity. The people that see color as a reason to discriminate are very much unaware that they are being played by a much more powerful group that is not in the habit of being "without", in fact if not to belittle and cause chaos is not a goal to obfuscate their objective I do not know what is. I don't really know what you would label these people as. maybe it is as simple as the "haves'" and the "Have-nots'". But there is so much promotion of old prejudices and ignorance that even the powers that be promote illegal immigration while on the other hand make it hard to do legally and collect a bit of money for those that choose to be law-abiding.
With all due respect I believe we live to live, and live better than we have in the past. I have known many people that have enjoyed saying things like we are dieing the moment we are born. But this is not really any more true than once we are born into this world we have a new chance every moment to live and thrive in ways that no one has ever done before. If our senses are what limit us from seeing what we are and what life is then maybe it is a time to expand our senses and to build instead of destroy. This is hard for many to conceive but it does not mean it is not sensible.
It all depends on if you have kept it in the freezer unless you had it stuffed and preserved....Well, taxidermist possibly. Just a lot of factors to consider. just what is it actually?
I understand what you mean. In some ways it would be nice if for me it had no meaning and was just another day. Now it seems to only hold memories of a life and dreams that crumbled ( I even was married on Christmas Day) lol. UNlike some I have a very good memory though I can probably be a bit selective at times. But self preservation seems to carry me through the holidays, "that" and long periods of sleep. I am glad to see others happy and doing fun things. Dear God help us all in that Jean Kimberly go to Scotland and smack some unsuspecting Scotsman over the noggin' and drag him back to her woman cave. I think it is about time. during elections it is definitely something I have thought about. I don't put any merit in any poll done here. Even ones I have made. lol. too limited to really have any serious conclusions.
