This may not be the answer but has he been online lately? If so then maybe he is not interested. If not then maybe he is out for awhile. I don't know why he is not interested unless he did not meet the criteria. But have you talked with him at all before? I have the same problem when I have contacted some women I was interested in...they did not even open the mail or flower..so either way I can relate to some point.
