America and Europe are starting to reap what they have sown all over the Middle East for year's....shoving their noses in where they were not asked to go.....often under false pretenses....dropping bombs whenever and where they chose....so was this a lessor terror to the people in those countries than the terror caused by the radicalised terrorists who committed atrocities in Europe and America???.... The hatred that some Muslims have for people in the West fades into insignifance compared to the hatred emanating from Westerners towards Muslims....also, somebody who purports to be a 'Humanatarian' and has saturated this site for at least the past year with hate and vitriol is a poor example of a 'Human' not to mention a 'Humanatarian'....

People reclining their seat on an aeroplane until they are practically on your lap....a three hour flight with somebody's child grinning at you looking for attention during the entire flight.....people complaining about the heat after 9 months of cold and rain....spending 10 minutes pressing different options when you ring someplace only to be told that you are through to the wrong department!...........the person who asks a million questions on the blogs and practically every sentence includes... "r u"?...

I don't think this lady, or most women for that matter, would expect their partner to pack in what is obviously a good job....what is he expected to do?.... Sit at home every day and give up a good salary?..... I am sure she admires him for what he has done with his life and it is definitely preferable to being with somebody who does not have any job at all...that is a situation which can easily lead to friction in a relationship not being with somebody who has to travel abroad at times for his work...jmo..

....I choose to mention this particular lesson in the book because it was the one that was, in my opinion, depicted in a totally wrong way....whatever way the Catholic Church want to teach this story of the Virgin Mary to children it should not be depicted in this manner of a young girl with a strange man in her bedroom telling her not to be afraid...that he was not going to harm her....and that she says 'yes' to him.....there is also a drawing of a maze that the children have to fill in with a caption of Mary at one end and Gabriel at the other and they are told to help Mary find her way through the maze to find Gabriel....totally and utterly wrong in this day and age.....

....pardon me but the little gitlrl is NOT looking at a ray of light shining in the window!!!!.... She sits up startled and frightened by a figure standing AT THE END OF HER BED....she is depicted as a young child being awoken from her sleep by a stranger!....

....This religious lesson completely contradicts all the efforts being made by Child Protection Groups who rightly want to instill confidence in children to be able to say 'NO' in situations where they feel threatened and afraid....and here we have them being taught that Mary said 'YES' to a complete stranger even though she was terrified!....unbelievable....

...Hi Pogo07....good to see that somebody knows what I'm referring to!....Somehow my post evolved into a platform for the anti-gay brigade!!...anyway, perhaps a few more might go to the bother of taking a look at the growing opposition from parents to this 'Mary says Yes' lesson in the RE book being taught and give their views as to whether they think it appropriate for 6 year olds in Irish Catholic schools....a terrified young girl sitting up startled on her bed with a stranger telling her he is going to make her pregnant but she has no need to be afraid....downright dangerous and wrong in my opinion....

Just heard on the news that the State has won it's appeal in the Oscar Pistorius case....his conviction has now been changed from culpable homocide to murder....just goes to show that after such a very long court case with a massive amount of evidence put forward it was possible for a judge to come to the wrong verdict....I wonder how often judges get it wrong and there isn't any appeal to ensure that proper justice is handed out?....
