Basically- cells have some encoded information and move about at the instruction of energy using neuro transmitters. Energy can even change or alter the encoded information in a cell, turn it from say a stomach cell to a blood cell for instance.

What we're talking about here is a person who can direct the body's energy at a cellular level.

Not uncommon or implasuable really. Do the lemon test and it isnt long before saliva forms in your mouth, the power of a thought, instructing cells. Anything that isnt instructed happens according the cells code or other influences, such as what chemicals might cause, or bacteria and or thoughts etc...

actually you're on the cusp of more fire than water but thats another story - which doesn't negate your water element either..

some people do require dark and or quiet, not sure why but it is what it is. I find that I can tune out noise in most environs, by first focusing on each sound, even crickets! and then detaching from them.

I also like doing it in the sun and would if I lived further south on a coast, do some sun gazing meditation, at dusk and dawn, with me there's a need to include sensations as part of the journey and that includes sun and wind, and in some cases, touch and water as well; because I have a waterfall pond. You want to be aware of whats around you in order to get to whats inside you, for me anyway.
