RE: Come to God before is too late

Amen.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Yes.

When you don't know day from night, you should...

Ecclesiastes 5:1
Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Edited

RE: Come to God before is too late

I give you 3 bible verses about there being no night in heaven, in response to your claim that I'm taking scriptures out of context; and that's your response?!?!

RE: Come to God before is too late

I showed you where you were wrong.

If you think I'm wrong, show me the verses.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Matthew 26:29
But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

Mark 14:25
Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.

Luke 22:18
For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.

RE: Come to God before is too late

There's no night in heaven!

You're talking verses out of context again.

Revelation 21:25
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

Revelation 22:5
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

RE: Come to God before is too late

For example...?

RE: Come to God before is too late

You never heard?

"In heaven there is no beer; that's why we drink it here."

RE: Come to God before is too late

Whatever you call it...

It's a place where...

Mark 9:44
Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

Mark 9:46
Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

Mark 9:48
Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

How many of those verses are missing in your Bible?

RE: Come to God before is too late

I agree.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-5, 7-10 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Every religion has prophecies about Jesus.

That's why Jesus was crucified on Passover, and rose on Easter.

Mary wears unsewn cloth, for the same reason Jesus wore unsewn cloth...

Luke 2:12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

John 19:23
...now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.

And Jesus wore unsewn clothes as a sign to all religions, that he is their messiah.

Luke 2:12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes...

Muslims inherited the use of unsewn garments from pre-Muslim Arabs.

Buddhists inherited unsewn garments from Vedic society.

Romans, Greeks, unsewn temple garments can be found all over our globe.

That's why even in death, the only records of what Jesus wore, were unsewn clothes-

Matthew 27:59
And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,

Mark 15:46
And he bought fine linen, and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre.

Luke 23:53
And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.

John 20:7
And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Meditate on these things...

Colossians 2:9
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Acts 17:28
...in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

John 14:10
...I am in the Father, and the Father in me? ...the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

John 14:17
...for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

1 Corinthians 3:16
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

2 Corinthians 6:16
...ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Luke 17:21
...the kingdom of God is within you.

RE: Come to God before is too late

John 8:29
...he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

RE: Come to God before is too late

2 Peter 3:3-11, 13 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness?

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Jesus said that too...

John 7:17
If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

RE: Come to God before is too late

My thoughts on Jesus and Buddah go like this...

Colossians 1:15-17 (Jesus) ...is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Buddah was a philosopher. These scriptures don't apply to Buddah.

John 1:3
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Buddah taught, that his teachings would only be good for about 500 years: about 500 years before Jesus was born.

Buddah on his deathbed: said, He still hadn't found the truth.

About 500 years before Jesus was born.

The Holy Ghost protected Buddah's teachings, in Asia...

Acts 16:6
...they... were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,

When I go to the Buddhist temple, I hear them praying for the Amida Buddah, to forgive their sins.

Buddah doesn't forgive sins.

When I hear the Buddhist priests teaching about Buddah, I hear the Bible continuing his teachings...

I notice their long robes, and am reminded of catholic priests; and the catholic priests remind me of this...

Luke 20:46
Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;

The long robed priesthood hides the truth in every religion!

RE: Come to God before is too late

Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

RE: Come to God before is too late

Romans 1:19
...that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

Psalms 19:1-6 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

1 John 2:22
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Yes.

RE: Come to God before is too late

...by Jesus

RE: Come to God before is too late

1 Corinthians 14:10
There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification.

RE: Come to God before is too late

Peace can be found on many paths; and other religions make offerings for sins: but only Jesus can forgive your sins.

RE: Come to God before is too late

By now you should know, nobody can prove "atheists" exist.

RE: Come to God before is too late

God bless your efforts.

Don't forget to read your Bible too.
