3m, I don’t think they all want to come here and if offered alternatives they won’t look twice at the U.K’s doorstep.
People are losing their jobs and dropping like flies after being zapped by Bayton, so in that context it could cause a few ruffles if they are given jobs here when the U.K. already has the talent available.
Talent always comes at a premium, and from those I have worked with they are highly skilled.
The high end head hunters know exactly who they are looking for. On the lower end of the scale your average recruiter will just collect your information to file along with thousands of others. Now, you have to read the details, the devil is always in the detail
Well the real affects will be seen when furlough financing ends at the end of October in the U.K. along with redundancies. Then in April next year the budget.
I’m doing fine and it has not had a huge impact on my way of life. I’m very lucky to be working when many have lost their jobs and more to come.
I adapt quickly to these situations having been through Ebola and various other challenging situations.
It’s so hard out there for millions and millions of people Pedro.
New ways of living and doing things so we have no choice but to adapt in our own way as individuals.
Not sure what happened, I posted a reply in response to yours GS and it said I am an unknown. Well now I’m just fine with that, Its the underlining business which I do not have knowledge of or how it got there, I mean how rude just to insert itself without my knowledge!
It might be what they call a “bloom spike” which generally occur during the summer time, and flower few months after. However orchids are temperamental plants and very sensitive to the environment they are growing it.
There are many different types as you know so mmm it is also useful to know what type you have.
As regards no new roots, it maybe the plant needs REPOTTING. They love oxygen, so the soil should not be so compact it can’t breath. If they need REPOTTING then a special kind of mix is required. Don’t get any old crap it won’t work.
Don’t put them in the direct sunlight, they don’t really like it.
I hope this maybe of some help.
I came across a lady”s slipper orchid by chance one day it was beautiful. Just hiding itself in the shade next to a stream flowing off mountain i was walking down.

RE: 3 million Hong Kong are fleeing to the UK
It’s all about money and nothing else.
