i believe in healing the natural way too. I have not had a cold or flu in about 12 years, i do not use nothing but herbal supplements and cook with only natural and fresh herbs. It works for me !

stand under the hot water and make it as hot as you can take it.........let your shoulder droop and just relax. If you have a body bath wash like Aveeno Stress relief .....lather yourself lavishly for a while and just relax....it may help ....sometimes just laying in bed and focusing on relaxing the muscles in your body especially your shoulders helps to relax you and you may drift off to sleep.

sorry you cant sleep.......i go through that often. Sometimes i may have a hot bath....with scented oil.....and play a relaxing cd........my fav is Yani Love Story or Enya......Amaratine.....and relax in the tub until i kinda doze off.....it works sometimes......or i may have a cup of chamomile tea very strong.....and read until i am ready to sleep. ........I find that yoga works for me as well . I hope you get some rest soon.

I have 10 brothers and sisters,and lots of nieces and nephews. I have four children and i would have loved to have maybe another two but i have given up on that now. I love being a mother and i had no problems at childbirth with any of my children, I did have two very difficult pregnancies but my daughters are worth a million times more than that those few months of a little discomfort . Would i have anymore children at my age now ? No ! for too many reasons.......no time for nappy changing now, life for me now is about watching my kids grow up and being here to guide and nurture them......its about preservation.....and finding a little time for myself. I am a single mother and i dont have much time for anything other than work and my children and school. My children are my joy ........watching them grow up takes my breath away everyday and often wonder when they grow up what i will do. But i am not getting anymore babies...

christmas pudding........cake make with lots of preserved local fruits, lots of rum,wine and nuts.

pepperpot.......stew.....beef cubes,oxtails, salted beef, pork hops. main ingredient is something called "cassereep" its made from the juice of cassava, its all placed in a big pot and cooked slowly until meat is tender...its like a stew, lots of fresh herbs, a litttle brown sugar, hot cayenne peppers lots of garlic and cloves and cinnamon sticks...........its origin is Guyana and it came from the Amerindian tribe.

Garlic pork...........another guyanese dish common around xmas time
