In response to the thread author,peace of mind is of course important,otherwise you would find it difficult to live with yourself if you were in constant turmoil.
I agree with Scotty,you have to love and like yourself first before you can reach out to others.
I hate to say it but there are a lot of embittered folk about these days that need to seek inner peace.j.m.o.
I'm all for World peace as ,I'm sure, is most of humanity,but in this day and age I wonder if it will ever become reality.
We need to have more understanding of others,and judging by the rants and raves in an international forum,I wonder if this will ever be possible in the outside world.
There is far too much hate,envy and greed and not enough love and understanding.
The drama though,will always be there,unfolding on a daily basis,all over the world.
The last person that I would want to sit in judgement on me would be myself,as others have done it too many times in the past
As for looking back, life is not always about achieving and how much money we have,in my book it's about the quality of life,family and friends.I also think it's about respect to others and for others.j.m.h.o.
