Just wondering if anyone else has passed over a profile thinking that, even though that person was TOTALLY hot, they were out of reach??? There's this one hottie in Mansfield, Ohio... DAMN! BUT.....
I don't think it's as simple as that, Ray. People are people. James - who started this thread - seems like an awesome dad who would welcome a woman's kids with open arms... I stand by my earlier statment, that it's not a gender issue, or an age issue, it's a season of life issue.
That's what I'm saying!!! With three kids, I only have to make dinner once a week! They all do their own laundry, and, what do you know? I have three bathrooms! One each! It's important to teach them to be independent, no matter how convenient it ends up being for me.
Easy now, Champ! It's a well known fact that women have to work twice as hard as men to be considered half as good. Fortunately, it's not that difficult...
No worries with dropping off the guy, at this point. My oldest just took the oath and will be shipping out as a full fledged Marine in September. She'll drop kick any man who doesn't show her Mama her props!
In my personal experience, guys are OK with one or two, but I have three, and that seems to be a turn off. Which one should I drop off on the corner, I wonder...???
Too bad you live so far away. We could pack up the kids and take 'em all camping! I love my kids, your kids, future kids....
I'm mostly interested in meeting someone 'mature', in the 50s range, and most of their kids are grown and gone, and I get the same kind of comments from them. They're all ready to retire and travel. I don't think it's a man vs woman thing, I think it's a season of life thing.
They're just trying it on, see if it fits. True, I'm not one to respond to a total stranger in that way, but someone out there must be. You gotta kiss a lot frogs to find your Prince Charming. Maybe you gotta offend a lot of ladies to find your Naughty Princess...
I guess I'm trying to be the voice of reason. I'm seeing a lot of judgmental comments, and frankly, I think it's a little naive. We all have our spicy side, don't we? Don't men want the proverbial 'lady on the arm, tiger in the bedroom'? I know I have a little tiger in me.... That doesn't mean I can't be a lady.
Why are we talking like it's an all or nothing deal? I've had some spicy conversations with a couple of people right here on this thread. So what? It's all in fun.
OUT OF MY LEAGUE!!!
Aww....You think....
