I haven't read the whole thread but I have picked up that this guy is shelling out for plane fare?
That's crazy, if he wants to cover her travel he should only do it in re-embursement when she gets here
she is the one who is traveling and she is the one with the passport, let her sort it out.
If necessary he could give her a post dated cheque and cancel it if she doesn't arrive on time but better to wait till she's here before parting with money.

Anyone with half a brain would know it was a big deal for you, the trouble is with these people that (for their own sanity) they have to be able to swithch off when they go home and have a sense of detachment, it's very hard to put yourself in someone elses shoes but if they thought about it at all they would realize that you are not in a position to do that and that, although they are only looking as far as the end of that particular treatment, (because that is proceedure) you have to have the long term view in mind.

Hi M, you'll never know how much I feel for you, my wife went through exactly the same thing and you are right, they should be there to answer questions, I met an australian lady suffering the same way and apparently they are away better down under, the same in america, you get to speak to the specialist not some learner who then reports back.
When the one came to see her about her meds for the pain and stuff she had been working for over 12hrs and her pupils were fixed and dilated even though we were in a very bright room, any traffic cop will tell you what that means, I know because I sued to take drugs myself, they are all running on amphetamines.
The upside is though that they do mean well, most peeps that go into the medical proffession do it because they have a will to help others and they have to be people of great dedication and determination to make it, bottom line? better to have them batting for you thatn against, lots and lots oflove and positivity to you

this is crap, there are survey compamies that make a living out of rigging the polls, if you ask a bunch of rednecks a question you will get a redneck answer, I wouldn't leave one of the most important descisions of my life to the chance of what mood someone else was in at the time
