How NOT to impress.....

Everyone knows about that, but how many have actually read the book, AND remembered WHAT the difference is?.....

So, I will tell you who have forgotten ....

Men ... On Mars - they use Hi-Tec machinery to do everything, they build big buildings, and do research into all sorts of hyperthetical scientific hokus-pokus. Everywhere is machinery, and smog, and dust, and noise. They have no forests left cause they cut down all the trees for their projects. They have no gardens cause they all too busy inventing stuff - every man trying to out-do the next man in how big and impressive what he is making, etc etc.....

Women.... On Venus ... they sit around chatting, plant flowers, grow vegetables and fruit on organic farms, create beautiful gardens with water ponds, the animals are all tame cause they got nothing to fear (there are no guns on Venus, or steel to make traps). They are surrounded by natural old rain forests, the weather is sublimely beautiful, the skies are clear and clean.

On Mars, some "very clever man" invented a Super Powerful Telescope .... and thus Venus and Women were discovered, and a huge mega space-ship was built to transport men to Venus ... who then took the women to live on Earth (I think thats how it ended?) And they all lived happily ever after .........

Do others get a bit miffed too ...?...When on the bill there`s a "service charge" ... and then you still expected to leave a cash tip for the waiter? What exactly is a "service" charge? if not for the service provided?

I was amused in the Emirates to see about FOUR charges added to restaurant bills .... they have a "tourism" fee, "service" fee, and two other fees I forgotten what they are ... but it all takes care of the fact that there is no TAX charged there!

We love our normal men on this forum - there`s quite a few of them - like Phoenix, Elley, Robert, Gussi, Virgosign, Expat, Lagoona,to mention a few who spring to mind, the others haven`t sprung to my mind this instant - and when I remember their names I gonna feel bad, but they know who they all are, and now you will be included, cause you write so nicely.

Ja ja, much disappointment has happened at actual meetings - when the eyes don`t meet, or the eyes are just "not there" ....

If it wasn`t for men, there would be no women here on THIS site! Despite the fun we make of you all, we DO love you Species of the Other Gender! Otherwise we wouldn`t be here trying to communicate with you guys...

Well, I got a simple mind - actually probably an empty one, according to my good friend Rimowi ...... but I get achingly bored with stupid people - and when one perceives one is included in what is probably a "production line" of emails - then I simply delete them....(part of my own personal production line - if it doesn`t produce it gets anhialiated forthwith!)..except if its wormed its way into my heart like an abandoned desert dog or other 4 legged creature - but 2 legged 2 armed (except simians) gets deleted.

Gosh! Is our Rimowi only 53? Reeealy? So young! When I was that age I was out in the real world teaching dancing on a cruise ship to exotic islands. He better catch a wake-up and get on with life.

Plenty of time, when he is old and wizened like me, to sit behind a pc keyboard for his amusement!

Ah, but, I must not judge. Maybe he is unable to go out into the real world, maybe he has other problems.... So it is better to be kind to him. He reminds me so much of the little dog I found in the desert. Except I will have to refuse to bring Rimowi home, he is, after all, not a dog.

I don`t believe it`s anything to do with layiness or lack of vocabulary or literacy. Men, normal men, hold very interesting and intelligent conversations. These mailers are just as my above posting says - Scammers.

And there are some here on this forum - they know who they are - and that is their problem, not mine, they got to live with themselves, and whatever their modus operandi is they`re trying to operate here.

Most of the time mail is from my regular friends here, and then inbetween up pops these Scammers. I call them scammers because I feel they just either bored people playing the sites - so they`re probably married ......or their wives work and they don`t, or else they sit in cubicles with hundreds of others "working" the singles sites looking for a gullible someone .... and have worked out that copy and pasting gets them thru their daily workload.....

Of course! Everyone here knows I`m a hustler, and I also specialise in plagiarism - My last business was called "Con-Artist Inc". It was very popular. I made simply stacks of money from conning people into thinking I`m an Artist!

How else would an "ordinary" person retire to buy property and live in Switzerland?

Oh I love it when I see you on one of my threads. Before hitting the button to see what you`ve written, I take a bet with myself. Now...... has he managed to come up with something original invented by his own brain? .... Or is he digging out some good quotations from some books? I flip a coin, heads its his own head, tails its the books ... but I always lose, (or win - depends which way one looks at it).... cause I fall into a heap laughing at whatever you wrote! You just SO funny!

Don`t you people just love to get mail, read it, and then go to the persons profile........ and realise they Copied and Pasted their profile info to the mail?

I cannot be bothered to even give any sort of reply to that type of stupidity, and usually my non-reply brings forth no further contact. Actually ditto with a reply!

Puzzles me the mind-set people like that must have ....

Some Practical Everyday Useful Hints .....

Thanks Conrad, but it all sounds terribly complicated! I`ve tried different methods in the past, and nothing works for me - so now I will give up. I just love re-cycling things - but I reckon now is the time to call it a day!

Except ... back to my vinegar story. If you dilute your dishwashing liquid with neat vinegar - it cleans much better!.. and it disinfects too!

AND flies HATE the smell of vinegar - so wipe down cupboards and kitchen counters with it neat on a cloth.....

An example I think of is when I was that age and had spent the afternoon, instead of doing my homework, baking cup-cakes for my dad ..... He ate his way thru the slimy undercooked grey things, with a happy smile on his face....

No no, not me! I only sent them the directions to get here... Someone else paid for their boat trip to Malta, and another guy there paid for their boat trip to Italy, or Spain, I forget which it was ....... and they walked the rest of the way.

We got this weather station thing here and they keep sending up baloons and I sit on the roof of my house with my rifle and shoot them. They keep sending up more and more - it`s great fun!

Of course I have to use the silencer that I had made in SA.....don`t want to disturb the village with all these gunshots!

Been waiting ages for it to arrive, and it arrived last week, some friends very kindly brought it over for me - carrying it in their back packs over the Alps to avoid the custom guards who get so picky about people having "papers" and "documents" to come live here, when there is SO much forest for them to cut down and build shacks with and make fires to keep warm in winter... and all this free water in the fountains in the village - they even got big bath things on the pavements for these poor people to do their laundry in with fresh water running in all the time, a shame to waste it.

I had an old friend in SA, she bought this run-down condemned chicken farm, where squatters had lived in the house making fires on the open stone floors, about 5 acres of head high grass right up to the front door, everything broken down, etc etc...... She and her husband cleaned up, scraped all the walls down to the original stone farmhouse walls, she mended, sanded, painted......planted new lawns, landscaped the gardens, turned the old chicken houses into motor workshops for the husband ...

... and when the 35,000 buck place they bought was valued at over 3,000,000 bucks ....the village folk all kept saying "how lucky she was"! She would get almighty pissed off if she ever heard that!

Well, it`s Saturday now!

Cold and windy here. Got up early, made a big pot of bean and Eisbein soup, went to watch a Flagball match all day, getting frozen and windblown, brought home some friends for soup, and now I all cozy in my house, and find only Cristina is online here, so we playing 5 letter word game..... I going to go shoot some baloons now and give her a break from me......
