maybe not... this is just my opinion but maybe your gut feeling which was perhaps what you went with to end it was telling you it wasn't right but your head and heart were the ones that had something to do with doubting yourself and hoping in some way that he was the man he would have you believe he was or could be...maybe he really wanted a solid family life but didn't know how to deal with it in a responsible way... who knows as I don't know what his behaviour was like when he was with you and the woman he married but you do, so might be worth having a think about it from where you r now with these points in mind and share some feedbk... JMO of course and hope I'm making sense here

the health thing is all good now but prefer to have hair these days... Italians have gr8 hair... well at least this one does anyway 
) due to chemo sessions for 6 mths and was astounded by the amount of folks (friends and family mostly) who said I had a lovely shaped head and will get the all clear early nxt yr, so no dramas now 
... nourish urself "SINCERELY" first and all else will follow my friend
