That's a negative way of thinking which will do you no good at all. It takes time to get to know someone and for me often I think I like them, but as I get to know them, I may still like them but only as friends. If that makes any sense! It's like an onion and you peel off the layers.
Oh dear, if she has opened your message and not replied, have to say perhaps you should move on. Maybe she has meet her dream and gone forever! If you are that gone on her, maybe send one flower and then, you will have to get a grip and move on yourself. Some things are not meant to be, but good luck anyway.
