Bruised Lips.

To be kissed is such an intimate act.

He takes your face in both hands,
Gently leans in and brushes his lips over your mouth.

You feel His breath, warm and gentle as he watches you.

Just holding your face softly, leans in and crushes your lips, takes your moans into his mouth and tastes your soul.

Leans back and looks at your eye's, and softly parted lips, smile's right into you.

That's how to kiss a woman.

My Dad

My Dad was my Hero,
Though Him I look for this in a Man.

Quiet Strength
Hard working hand's
A dry, naughty sense of humour
Arm's that will always catch you
Kindness and patience
Pride and Respect
Safe place to fall apart, and know that's okay.

I believe ever Man is capable of this and I know I am worth it because of Him.

He was taken from us in a War when I was 13 but what He left Me was Priceless.

Happy father's Day Dad,
I love you.

A Gift Box.

Someone gave me a Box, a Space to sit, stand dance, Twirl around, breathe.

It was the most beautiful, sweet, precious gift because it was timeless.

It didn't need ribbons, bows or anything inside, it had air to breath, no judgement, not one comment, so intreged, so in awe, so special.

Closes the Box and places in inside my soul, safe and sound forever.

Damen.

Out of nowhere suddenly this beautiful chubby baby boy climbed into my lap, put his little hand around my neck and just looked at me.

As I watched he grew into a young Man.
Smiled into my eyes and kissed my cheek.

"Hello Granny".,
Wiped my eye's,
held me tight then faided away.

Thank you my angel child.

Am good to go a bit longer.

The Girl, buried in life.

The layers we build begin with the child we were.

In life we load on so many layers, like paint being added to a plank of wood.

The plank gets loaded and over time it warped and buckled.

It almost snapped at times but it didn't..

It's up to you to remove the layers of paint slowly and let the girl breathe again, you just have to be allowed to without fear.

Could one person hold onto All of you?
Maybe only in dreams.

Tear Me Apart.

Gently remove the dark glasses,
Lift my chin, make me look at you.

Rip the blinds away, reach deeper into my mind.

Tear at all the walls to see every part of who I am.

Pull every piece out by the roots, break me down.

Then put them all together, stand back and see Me.

Let me know then if you have the strength to handle Me.

Darkness, Waiting.

Darkness, blindfolded, arms secured, gentle binding, waiting.

Being watched knowing He is looking for you, that part nobody knows is there, waiting.

Strong, quiet, watching every emotion chase over me, learning, waiting.

Soft, gentle touch, seeing the smile and the tension fade, knowing You are Safe, because He know to be felt, strong, gentle and to just wait.

For Trust is earned not just given.

See Me, Hold Me.

I am, Child, Sister, Daughter, Mother, Friend, Therapist, Momma bear, Protector, Granny.

Wraps them all in a box lined with cotton wool, places my heart on top, closes the box.

Walks into Hands and arms strong enough to rest in for a while, feeling the tears washing my face.

Will collect my box just now, wipe my face, smile and continue.

I can trace my heart

Laying here, thinking..

I can take a marker, stand in front of a mirror and literally trace my heart on my chest.

I feel each beat and watch it in wonder in that mirror.

Not sure how I feel, I think I am coming to life, or shutting down.

Just standing and watching it beat.

Place my arms over the outline to hold it together.

Looks up into eye's that are just watching myself without expression..

Why?

Walking on Cloud's

When you fall in love, it's an amazing feeling.

But when your Soul fall's in love,
Wow, the world becomes alive again.

The falling of winter leaves becomes a wonder.

You look around and really see the beauty that is Life.

I am suddenly very alive, and walking on Cloud's.

Look Past.

Walk past the circus clown with a fake smile plastered on.

Walk past the strong man lifting weights to impress.

Walk past the trapeze artest always flying high.

Look past them and see the gentle caretaker, making sure the clown remembers to smile, the strong man remembers to eat, the trapeze is safe.

Look into His eyes, those eyes are special, there is where I want to be.

Cafe's Mermaid

It was dusk and the sun was just going to bed over the sea, the water was carm and looked like blue, green, white and silver glass.

She climbed onto a rock slowly so she would not be seen,
Her tail shimmered with the colours of the sea, her hair red and flowing curled slightly just past her breasts, falling free with rivers of water down her back.

She gazed at the shore her blues eyes searching the beach.
She spotted him laying there, his legs stretched out in the sand, his strong arms folded behind his head, he was gazing out at the water lost in thought.

She watched him as she had done for the last two nights, she wondered what he was thinking, she wondered what his hair would feel like if she could run her fingers through it, what his lips would feel like if she could kiss him.

Today she felt brave suddenly and slide into the water,
She swam slowly into his line of vision and watched him slowly sit upright and rub his eyes as he saw her, she looked deep into his eyes and smiled slowly at his expression.

She blew a kiss and waved, laughed and dived into the sea her tail flashing for him, and decided tomorrow she would be braver.
