Dreams

As a girl she looked up at him with childlike puppy love,
As a teenager she fell in love with his lips that drank so deeply of her,
As a lady she handed over her hand and felt it enclosed in such strength,
As a woman she gave her body that craved for his without thought,
As His woman she opened her soul and let him take it to live with his in his safe keeping.

All because he looked into her and learned her mind, saw her strength and protected her weekness, discovered her body and showed her how to feel all she could.

About this poem:
this for me is how it would be in my perfect dream,
but to find this at any age is precious.
have found parts that have been so beautiful.

Any Man who discovers a womans mind and soul has been allowed to because she has given him her trust.

We are all stardust

Close your mind and open your eyes,
let your mind take in just what you see.

the light falling in shivers of gold on the wood floor,
the green green leaves shaking in the trees,
the drops of rain racing down and dancing off the stones,
the dog stopping to lap at the rain water and turning it to mud,
the silver grey bird with yellow cheeks enjoying his bath of rain drops.

for a while it matters not that
the person we crave has not seen us yet,
the problems we face are making our shoulders heavy,
the feelings of fading away and never being seen again
are draining us.

we become part of the stardust that makes our world,
we become the wind, the rain and the moonbeams.
we are just cells that need to feel.

Ever changing

The days of my life were settled and set in stone for many years,
one day the stone walls crumbled and fell.

Now the world and my days are ever changing,
instead of always being the same,
now I float on air,
then crash and burn,
I cry in the rain and laugh with the wind,
always changing and always offering hope.

Always knowing tomorrow will never be the same,
the winds of my soul will always reach out for something it knows is there, it would be nice to rest and feel the winds settle soon.

Complete moment

The light spills onto the floor
the large window open to capture the soul of the sun.

A breeze blows in and lifts my hair slightly, kisses my cheek,
and my mind closes off and becomes still.

My eyes close and I hear the sound of the world rushing by,
and as I open my eyes a soft butterfly settles on the window frame.

I watch her wings gently open and close and I know she is a gift from far away...

Stronger

swept away with words and gentleness,
the woman inside melted and became whole slowly over so long.
His gentleness made the world seem like a magical world,
the girl reacted and he healed her.

And then one day she lost him and she cried,
but he is a Man who was given to her for a short time only,
now she knows He is happy and ok.

The bubble burst open suddenly one day and the warm sun shone,
her wings opened and she lifted her face to the sun, she smiled.

Now is the time to fly, the idea that there is a Man strong enough
will never die, but until she finds Him she will live and love with her
whole heart.

remember me

She smiles and looks around at the people around her,
Outside she is carm, relaxed, happy and smiles.

He watches her smile, looks deeper and notices the smile didn't reach her eyes,
He sees her relaxed state and notices her hands clenched in her lap,
He sees the people around her and notices they don't see what he sees.

He walks up and stands behind her, reaches down and strokes her shoulder,
She feels him and tenses.
He walks around and takes her hand, lifts it to his lips and kisses her fingers.
She looks into his eyes and sees him, she knows he can see her like nobody else.

She smiles and this time her eyes go soft and her hand closes around his.

She opens her eyes and he's gone, she lets one tear fall, takes a deep breath and smiles once more at the people around her that can never see inside like he could.

Letting go.

One day you alway have to open up your arms and let go,
it hurts and feels like it is tearing your soul apart.

But life is about letting go.

But to have found a love that completed my soul,
to have found a Man who protected my heart,
to have been loved for who I am always.

That was the best gift I ever got:-)
may you always know you are inside my soul for all time.

Letting go is right for us now.
thank you for my perfect love.

Always the Gods give and then you have to let go.
Thats life.

Inside my soul

A tiny spark somewhere inside my mind has always glowed,
it is where my soul is kept.

A tiny foot began to kick inside me, and the spark began to glow,
and a twin began in my heart.

Another foot began to kick and the glow in my heart grew brighter,
it filled up two thirds of my heart.

A third foot begain to kick and my soul filled inside my heart completely,
it warmed my heart and filled my mind.

Content to be me I had all I needed and wanted, and the parts of my heart
grew with me, became something that will never be taken from me.

And then a Man walked into my soul and instead of trying to take my heart,
or push my soul out of my heart to make room for him.

He gently took the strongest pair of hands and placed them around my heart,
his hands protect my soul, he lets the light inside always, and holds out the dark.

Through the ages, in every life I have lived, He has always found me and placed those same hands around my heart.

He is my soul protecter, my Dark Man, my Light.

My Michael.

Xmas Hugs

A string of pearls snatched off a table,
ripped appart and scattered over an old floor,
tears fall and bruises form over the hearts of many.

A Poet comes here and picks up a pearl,
She writes with it and it becomes a rose.
A Poet comes here and picks up a pearl,
He writes with it and it becomes a kiss.

And soon all the pearls of hurt from all over the world
are slowly changed into roses and kisses, hugs and love.

The poets are a gentle race who change the world by loving it.

Am sending Xmas Hugs to each of the most precious poets in this place.
every one of you have taken one of my pearls and changed it for me over this year, and Michael took a silver sting and thread my pearls together again.

Shadows challenge, Three things.

The Island lush and green, fresh with wide open spaces,
a shimmering river running gently from the waterfall.

Only Three things were needed to complete her paradise,
she asked for music for without music how can you dream,
she asked for a crystal ball so she could check on her children,
she asked for Michael for with him she could have love, fun, dreams, touch, kisses, cuddles, conversation, and everything she would ever need.

A flower/woman

Embedded image from another site

A flower has a special beauty each one unique,
A flower has delicate petals that appear soft and fragile,
A flower is made to withstand strong winds and rain, and to bend with the elements of nature, made to go with the flow and not to break unless cut or ripped out.

A flower lives to give beauty, pleasure and add a gentleness,
A flower lives to give nature a way to grow and flourish, it makes the world a sweeter place.

And when she dies, a flower is replaced with another she helped make with the seeds she held, and so she lives on.

About this poem:
was just thinking how alike we are to a flower, but only in some ways:-)

Holds Michaels hand and watches the wind blow the petals over the field,
rests on his shoulder and feels safe.
