venere08: Actually, I had cheekily referred to the ones which visit inside the ships that you wrote about! I'd say that cat food and powdered cememt would be a bit heavy on their tummies!
Now about the winged variety...
Steve, nooooo!
Ven I did sort of work out which ones you wrote about.
Other games to play with the feathered variety, place a chip inside the front window on the dash board & leave it there...it drives them insane.
Or tie fishing line to a cheezel & drag it along as they are about to grab it.

I might have to set up counseling for seagulls. Looks like I will make a killing through the Southern Vales!

Im not really that cruel, I love animals... Its quite funny in Victor Harbor especially. In front of the Crown Hotel they have a perspex outdoor eating area with signs dont feed the seagulls & they never go past the blue line on the path

Melty and Steve, you still haven't hit the sign up button yet. Better get in QUICK; don't want to miss out on getting a spot with it filling this quickly.
Hi remember, please do sign up if you have the least bit of interest. It's just a nice way of getting da vibes going. Also, it's a way of letting people know you think this is a great idea.
If you look at the top of the thread, on page one, where all the sign up boxes are, you will notice a button where you can 'un sign' yourself off the Event, if it turns out that you truly are unable to come, or that yuou couldn't really bare to spend a moment in the presence of MBR.( )
Hope this helps you, and others in a similar position. It would nice to meet another local. We didn't get off on the right foot yesterday, sorry to say.
Hey guys, no need to fret about the venue. It will be a really nice place. But the numbers will influence what is selected.
It will be in a central location, I can say that. More than likely, in the city centre itself, otherwise either North Adelaide or the like. Somewhere with great atmosphere and lots of life around.

steve6610: theres nothing like a balfours pie in pea soup with sauce , after a night at the casino
That's where I went wrong that fateful night. I forgot the sauce!
A few years ago, I had been drinking shampers and later baileys all night at my brother's pub, then for a dare, I went to have my first ever pie floater.
I might have survived it, had I not been booked to go to Kangaroo Island the next morning on the ferry, with rough seas!!!
