steve6610: Oh I love you more , I am not a Villi's boy. Still a balfours fan & small country bakeries.... Kadina, Turuo, Angaston & Goolwa.
There was one in Glynde an Italian family owned absolutelty mouth watering bread.
......
Do you want me to look into some tourist ideas for our visitors within close proximity to Adelaide ( apart from pandas)
The Glynde bread, is that the shop in the Cypress Centre, in that little block of shops? If so, yes, it's fabulous bread, I was there recently, bought 2 huge loaves of Italian bread for my parents, and prosciutto for us
Ah, give me the small country bakeries any day. Whenever I've gone say, to Gawler,(or even Goolwa) I can never leave without some delectable pie or pasty, and some other pastry. Especially if it's in Hahndorf!!!

My parents are funny when they go on holidays my mum keeps a little journal & everyday its how clean were the public toilets in a country town & what they bought at the bakery .
I have always told her she should make a book on Australias best loos & bakeries

Don't knock. It could easily become a best seller!
The two go so well together. I think we all have stories of what happens after eating certain Villi's pies!!!

Think I'll call a couple of g/f's of mine, and do a girlie thing tomorrow night, tizzie ourselves up and start the market research.
It's a hard job but hey, someone's gotta do it.
And don't be suprised if you have to do it more than 1 weekend. As they say; practise makes perfect.
